C&F Boxing is a great gym. It’s a great gym to get a great workout and meet new people. The coaches here are great mentors and push you hard. The main Coach, Coach Sunny great coach and keeps it real. Seeeshhhh

My family and I found this club last year 2021, my nephews started training. We’ve seen all the physical conditioning and transformations, all coaches take their time and give attention to all club members. They definitely show their passion for the club and sport itself, they require respect and responsibility.I personally joined the club because of that, I am a 37-year-old man, with a full time schedule.They definitely condition to win and are serious about their training.Keep up the hard work TEAM, be safe God Bless.

Found this Boxing gym on Google literally down the street from my House , I enrolled my son in last week he comes three time a week, great coach and great encouragement to the children. Really looking forward to getting my son healthy. Great coaches and everyone was very inviting and respectful. Ask for coach sonny

10/10 recommended. Coach sunny is the coolest coach you will meet. Also, the team is like a family too me . For example, I been here for a week and i already love it. Although coach Sunny pushes you he dose it for the best because he knows you can make it. Lastly, If you’re looking for a good gym come and join C&F boxing.

I feel like this gym is worthy of a five star rating. My experience here has been great and the coaches are both understanding and supportive. My best experiences have been with Coach Sunny, he knows how to push his students to be the best versions of themselves. Coach Albert is another great coach here, he is just as good as Coach Sunny and any other coach at this gym. An overall great gym with great students and great staff to go with it.

Signed my kid up about 3 weeks ago and love it overall great gym with great coaches. Would recommend everyone to bring there kids here

C&F Boxing opened when my Print Shop opened, they were one of my first clients. Coach Sunny is a terrific person and his passion for teaching the youth of today morals and character. I wish I had a mentor like him when I was in the Boyscouts.One night I had to drop off merchandise I made for C&F Boxing and I finally got to see the gym. I was wowed! So much space, training stations, all types of equipment, and a boxing ring! They were even making more additions. Not only Coach Sunny is clearly a great teacher, the gym has the facilities and accommodations to train anyone into a pro contender.It's amazing to see the relentless progress and passion C&F boxing puts into the enrichment and betterment of everyone that walks in that gym. If your looking to improve yourself and your children, this is the right place to be.
