Been coming here the past month. Evening staff is extremely friendly & helpful especially when I had questions about signing up. Gym and bathroom are always very clean.

overall this place is great!! Some areas that can be improved are:-cleaner saunas (booths especially).. it can get and smell really grimey and nasty..No music would be nice, esp when you're just trying to relax ......- better music (kinda hard to work out to country music lol... try odesza or aurora night instead? )- self check in for massage chairs. Zero gravity chair #3 needs to be fixed.-longer open hours-bigger showers(These last 2 are not so important tbh)The employees are what makes this place awesome- they deserve raises! Friendly staff, clean, affordable and has everything I need to get a good workout in.

If you're used to the more luxury gyms this might not be the greatest. It is pretty small and super packed. However for being the price that it is, it's clean, there's a good amount of equipment and friendly staff. 10 stars for Troy! His classes are absolutely the best and I wish he had even more time slots. Great music, always changing workouts and great personality. He is literally the reason I continue to go to this gym.

One of the best locations in San Diego to workout. The facilities are always kept very clean and they have a wide selection of equipment for you to use. I always like coming to this location to workout because the environment is always positive and everyone is nice. Definitely has been a great gym to help me in my weightloss journey.

My favorite chuze facility in SD. Perfectly located in central SD. Right off the Interstate 8. Best part about it is the Dry Sauna. Not all locations have a dry sauna. Infrared sauna is okay. However, the snack bar is not that good. I asked for their most popular protein shake and it was garbage. Parking is a headache sometimes but overall a great facility and an always welcoming staff. Very clean and organized. A+++

The manager Becca, and Andrew are the best employees I've ever met. They always have a million dollar smile on their faces. Kind, caring, and extremely professional. And always consistent. Give them a raise! Especially in this economy.

Posting here cause it came up at the headquarters and this is not a review about any specific location but the company customer service as a whole. It’s the worst customer service. They only want your money and won’t refund even when they don’t alert you of charges but want a ten day notice to honor a cancellation. They wouldn’t honor my refund request of two charges in the same month when I told them I no longer wished to be a customer. And on top of that, they make you go in person to cancel, you can’t cancel on their app, their website doesn’t say anything about going online to cancel through an account, and when you email them they don’t even do it for you unless you ask multiple times. Their customer service reps were robots and only used a script and didn’t resolve any issues. Don’t get a Chuze membership. They don’t care about their customers and only want your money.

This is a nice gym. They have everything you need, it’s clean, and straight to the point. It can get pretty crowded at peak times and there’s no shortage of bros, but it’s manageable.
