First, let me start by saying that I LOVE this gym, but I have to give it 3 stars. Currently sitting in the car after missing yet another class due to traffic and the parking situation. It’s already hard enough to get into classes in the first place because they all are booked within 2 minutes, sometimes 1. Once you make it past booking it’s still a toss up on if you’re going to be able to keep your spot. With traffic, trying to find parking, and then make it inside the gym 5 minutes before class to sign-in it’s all a bit anxiety causing. I really love the trainers here and the classes, everyone is so polite. Unfortunately, after only making it to about 50% of the classes I sign up for due to reasons out of my control (booking, traffic, parking) I think I’m gonna have to find another gym.

Chuze is a great gym for the everyday person! It has pretty much all of the lifting equipment you need to get a full workout in, and only gets crowded during certain parts of the day (e.g., the post-work rush). There are plenty of cardio machines in addition to having a wide selection of dumbbells and assisted machines. They do not have free weight barbells (e.g., squat racks, free weight benches), only Smith Machines. However, I only pay $10 a month which is way cheaper than any gym in the area….if those amenities are important to you then this isn’t your gym, but you will likely pay 5x as much at another gym. For $10 a month, you get way more than what you pay for. Also, the staff are extremely friendly…probably the friendliest gym staff I have ever met. I promise you that you cannot walk out the door to go home without someone smiling and telling you to have a great day. I’m also warmly greeted every time I walk in. They are constantly cleaning all of the equipment and generally staff seem very happy to be there. I’m not sure how anyone can give less than 5 stars based on the price point and customer service. Definitely check them out !

Chuze fitness is great! They help alot, especially with me because I have a disability. They make sure that the hydromassage doesn't start until I make it into the room and they help me with the machines or lockers if I need it. Not only the staff, but the members are also very friendly

Gym is pretty subpar, good equipment but way too small, especially during peak hours. I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to open this gym with such small area but it gets way to cramped. With that said, sometimes workouts will take longer than usual to just grab a bench or a squat rack.Parking is a massive headache both in front and behind the gym.Facility wise, showers and locker room are ridiculously small. Some showers are literally side by side with lockers. They also lack some amenities other locations offer, like digital locks for lockers. Shower heads are pretty low pressure.Parking is even worse. Given there are other facilities in the same building it gets very cramped and lackluster of space as well.My only saving grace with this gym is the fact that it is down the street from my office. I study there for a bit then I go to this gym and get my workout in.

So I’ve been coming to this Chuze for a little over a year now and these are just a couple of the team members here that have straight up changed my life for the better. They’ve seen me at my worst, at my best, and everything in between. Not once have they ever judged me for some of the stupid choices I’ve made in my life. But every single person on the team has constantly supported me and encouraged me to do better. Maybe it’s time they changed the gym name to “Chuze Fitness and Therapy” 😂 but long story short: I love you guys and your presence in my life is cherished and nonetheless priceless. Maxmillion, Alex, Nicole, Kyle, Emily, Tyrannosaurus Becks, Drewbie-Doo, Alec, Cass, and I can’t leave out the infamous smoothie ninja: Willbur. You my people 🤜🏽🤛🏼🙏🏽 thank you

I love it here. Has everything I need. People complain about the parking. Most don't realize that additional parking is offered next to the hotel next door. Super convenient....

Never really been a fan of most gyms, and the parking lot here is a cluster, and it does get crowded af, but never had an issue.. and actually like going

Super friendly and helpful staff. They keep the gym clean. Sanitizing wipes all around the gym to wipe down equipment before and after use. There's a good variety of equipment and free weights. Convenient Mission Valley location.

I've been going to other gyms for my entire life, and I must say this is one of the better kept ones. I love a clean gym. Only complaint I have is the parking and occasionally how busy it gets but that just shows it's a good place to go.
