Great facility and great atmosphere. There's a wide range of machines and lifting equipment to accommodate all sorts of workouts. What I love the most is the atmosphere and sense of community. All the trainers and the gym owner do an awesome job at making the place feel welcoming and they provide great motivation. Highly recommend for beginners and experienced gym goers alike.

Iron Orr has been nothing but welcoming. As a member of the Costa Verde community, the gym is the main reason I stay and the thing I can rave on and on about. Justin and Marcel have been great stewards of hospitality, making my friends and I all feel at home. One year working out in this facility and my fitness has never been better.

Man oh man where do I start!? First of all Alisha is an angel sent from heaven. When you first start your journey with Iron Orr you will be greeted by a personal trainer and they will meet you outside the gym. First impressions you'll see a very clean and well kept facility. The trainers especially Alisha are very knowledgeable. Any question you have they will know the answer. They monitor your diet and adjust accordingly to your goals. I'm 25 years old but I haven't felt this good since I was 16 years old. I feel so good I almost want to cry of happiness. This is only my 2nd day but I can already feel the transformation. My life is going to be forever changed and I couldn't be happier for my future results that are on the way!!! The trainers motivate you and Alisha especially is a master with her words. She will say the perfect words to you during your workout that keeps you level headed and not frustrated with the strain your putting on your body. Great gym. Super clean, great equipment, and everyone is super friendly. I have been working with Will and have learned a lot from him. He always pays attention to my technique to ensure it is proper, and pushes me every step of the way.

Our trainer Adrian is fantastic! My wife and I have been training with him for about 2 months and every time we look forward to our training sessions. Each one of them is challenging and fun, Adrian pays a lot of attention to our form and clearly cares about our health and development. He is a great motivator and always willing to help. He introduced us to a variety of new exercises: his landmine routines are the best! We could not have asked for a better trainer and I am sure we will achieve our goals with him.The atmosphere at the gym is great and all the trainers are very nice and helpful! The HIT classes with Marcel are a lot of fun!

Joining Iron Orr was one of the best decisions I had taken in 2021. I trained with Alisha as my personal trainer for 9 months and I couldn’t be any happier. Alisha is an incredible trainer who is fun to work with, motivates you to reach your goals and genuinely cares about your progress. Moreover, she was very kind and easy to talk freely with. So, going to the gym was never a chore for me and I was always excited to train with Alisha as it was fun and challenging at the same time. The gym itself is well equipped and the other trainers/ staff were kind and were always happy to help. If anyone is looking for an awesome personal trainer, I strongly recommend Alisha.

I want to give a massive thank you to John Callaghan for being my trainer the past 8 months. John is an expert level trainer and I would recommend him for anyone, he's great for beginners who lack the fundamentals, or for people like myself who know a lot but need help getting back into it or taking it to the next level. He knows it all from a deep understanding of nutritional knowledge to helping me train specifically in the gym to build strength and decrease body fat. When I first came to him I had totally gotten out of my health and fitness routine, gained a lot of weight, and had no consistency. John set a plan in place with me, tracked my macros, and even scheduled workouts for me to do when outside of the gym. He held me accountable without being pushy or too aggressive! This is by far the best investment I have made in my health. I will be back to train with him again in the future!!

I had always been a bit intimidated by gym equipment; I mainly stuck to group classes and cardio machines to lose weight. Until I finally decided to start working with a personal trainer. Abby at Iron Orr Fitness was able to simplify the process of learning how to properly use machinery and learning how to target different muscle groups. Her workouts are personalized and she is thorough in explaining each movement. Not to mention, her keen eye for detail. It is very obvious that Abby cares about seeing your progress and will keep you accountable to your goals. She is committed to making sure that you see and feel your desired results. I cannot express how grateful I am for having met Abby. If you are thinking about personal training with Iron Orr. Do it! It is a decision you will NOT regret!

I am not a big fan of gyms because sometimes it's boring, and I came to Iron Orr Fitness for boxing classes in the summertime. And this is so cool and interesting, so I continue going and do not plan to stop. My trainer is Gerardo, we hit it off really fast. He is taking care of me, my nutrition plan, and our program. I couldn't imagine a better boxing trainer, everything is so clear and exciting, I have been making impressive results with a technique, and my body is now ready for summer first year in my life, finally ahaha. I also want to mention that Justin (the fitness owner) is very kind and caretaking. The atmosphere in Iron Orr Fitness is so warm, and the attitude is so individual. So I realised that going to gym is not boring if you go to the right place. I recommend Iron Orr Fitness with all my heart.

I've had the pleasure of working directly with Justin Orr (The owner of Iron Orr) for over a year now. Justin has consistently gone above and beyond to work around my schedule and needs. Most of us have been through a gym and seen the pictures of client accolades highlighting pounds lost or muscle gained, but in reality training with an expert in physical health is so much more than that. In working with Justin, I have reduced pain in my back as well as helped build stability and strength in my knees. You can tell a lot about the values of a business by the values of it's owner, and Justin and his teams' commitment to improving the health of their clients is second to none.
