Great gym and great trainer. I trained with Brett for almost 5 months and I really enjoy training with him, he is a very passionate guy. He helps me to build up muscle and achieves my goal. Looking forward to work out more here. Will definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been going there for about 4 weeks now. Have had an amazing experience so far. I train with Galen Thorne. He is great in his ways, knows what he’s doing, makes sure to incorporate my opinions and gives a physiological perspective to the training.Other than that, he’s super fun to talk to and motivates me to work out well!!

If you are looking for the best personal trainers San Diego has to offer then look no further. Gotta leave a review in support of my personal trainer Brett. Dude is a super personable and knowledgeable trainer. He will push you like no other and genuinely wants to get you to your fitness goals. He focuses on form/technique and is always super motivated. He goes out of his way to work with your schedule and is always available if you have questions or need recommendations outside of your sessions. The facility is great but the trainers are what set this place in another league from others. In short, if you put the effort and time the Iron Orr team will help you get the job done and your money’s worth!

I was looking for a top tier trainer a few months ago and was referred to Iron Orr Fitness specifically to train with Brett! He did not disappoint and has prioritized my fitness goals and getting me in the gym each and every week. He’s a really passionate guy who truly cares about his clients and their results, and making sure they are enjoying their workouts while they’re at it! I was having a tough time staying consistent and seeing continuous results with my workouts so I began the search for a personal trainer and found Brett at Iron Orr Fitness! I have been training with him for over a month now and have seen results in my muscle gain, fat loss, and endurance increase. As a doctor I don’t have a ton of time to workout and Brett prepares workouts for me as well as nutrition plans to encourage me throughout the week and keep me engaged and focused on my fitness. Phenomenal trainer, 12/10 for Brett I would recommend him to anyone and everyone

I’ve been going to Iron Orr Fitness close to 2 months and I love it! I have had the honor to train with Tess for the past 2 months and she is amazing. She is approachable, funny, and knowledgeable. I have achieved amazing results while training with her. I lost 3lbs while training with her and I don’t plan to stop because it has been an amazing journey with her. She is very thorough with the workouts she plans for me in and outside the gym. I am glad I was paired with her as a trainer. It is great to know that I have a supporter and coach in Tess who challenges me at each session to succeed in my fitness goals.YOU ROCK TESS! :)

First off: BRETT IS AWESOME! I had never had a personal trainer before Iron Orr. I had no idea what to expect, but I knew it was time to figure out how to make the most of my workouts. I did solo sessions first, and then partner sessions with my girlfriend. Both were (and still are) amazing experiences. Brett is so patient, so positive, and so encouraging that the hour long sessions feel like they’re over before they even start. I have felt so much more confident in myself and my physical fitness since I started these sessions, they’re worth every penny.
