We had a very positive experience at the YMCA during basketball season this year. The coaching was outstanding and so positive. Our son learned a lot about the strategy of the game. We will be back again! Thanks Central YMCA!

My 4-year old is in his second "Stage 1&2 Preschool" swim class, and he has been lucky to have Daniela as his teacher both times. He was comfortable with her from day 1, and I can see slow but definite progress with his confidence in the pool. But more importantly, he has a blast the whole time and looks forward to his classes

Great facility. Love the indoor and outdoor pools. Also enjoy the spa. Love the fact that I can swim into the evening hours.The staff is super helpful and friendly.Located within five minutes from my home.The facilities are nice and clean.I give it a five star review.

There are so many options available for all ages. I especially like the swim lessons. I have kids ranging from 6 to 15 taking lessons right now and they all are really enjoying their sessions and instructors.

Absolutely Love this YMCA. Huge faculty. Fantastic pools, Hottub. Full Basketball gym. Full weight room. Tons of parking. Best or everything.

My first time ever at a Ymca and the central ymca is awesome and I loved the activities. Swimming is great, the jacuzzi is lovely,and sauna is a breathe of fresh air afterwards. Staff is nice and the members are upbeat. I can't wait for the weight room and basketball soon on my to try list, I recommend anyone to give it a try and experience the peace and comfort I've gotten just after 3 visits

If you're looking for a gym in this area, this is not the place for you. This is an old home that was converted into a gym. The "weight room" is tiny and all of the equipment is old. Their cardio room is a joke. They have two pools but one …

Great classes and instructors that are fun and motivating, class schedules are extremely consistent and classes are offered at times that work great for folks who work full-time. Pool, weights, TRX, cardio machines and circuit weight machines all offered at the Y, classes are included in membership.
