Inconsistency of information from staff, one said $10/day pass, others said $25. You need to train your staff well and if you told someone on the phone that it's $10/day, you must HONOR IT, because we flew in from another state and drove 30 miles to get there and was given different info. Bad business and service overall!!!

I heard a lady tell me there have been (two break-ins ) in our lady's lockers in three months that's unacceptable! they're cutting the looks and stealing bags and backpacks how about y'all start checking everyone's bags from now on for lock cutters, weapons, knives, etc, or hire a security guard to check on our belongings! we pay your salary for our membership! it's not your problem unless the front desk actually does something like reimburse for the valued items stolen

Clean. Never too busy. Air is circulated well. There are multiples or the more popular machines and lifting stations. They do not provide towels however and that's a little annoying considering I paid extra when I signed up online. Still waiting of refund. Customer service is less than desirable, but the facility is great

Large and well-stocked gym that has free weight, machine, cardio, and group exercise sections. Also has a pool, basketball court, punching bags, handball courts, and even a childcare area so parents can work out without worrying about their kids. My only complaints are the lack of deadlift and squat racks, which often have a line of people waiting to use them, even during off-peak hours.

Came on a Sunday. This gym had ZERO air circulation. It was stuffy, muggy and more smelly than usual. Surprising with it being flu/ COVID season. Staff are helpful when approached.

I really like this gym because its clean and their equipment is good. If something breaks they are quick to fix it. Everything is cleaned very regularly and a lot of the machines have doubles, so the wait isnt too long most of the time. My only complaint is that the music in their facility is too loud, sorry i prefer my own music in my earbuds😆

Wifi is pretty much non-existent. I asked why and they told me because they are cheap. Not enough bars for the benches. People camp on machines texting and doing social media. Goodluck trying to work in. Almost got in a fight because the guy said the machine was his. Staff stares at you when you have a complaint. Totally useless. I won't be here long.

Staff doesn't have any manners, you will not feel welcomed at this gym until you know them or have a good rapport with them. Gym is overcrowded, guess they don't know when to stop giving membership. NOT advisable to work out between Monday and Thursday but if you are looking to workout during the weekend and don't care about the behavior of the staff then only go ahead with the membership and yeah their wifi doesn't work and you won't get much network either when inside.

I was a member here for two years.This gym is very large, equipment is relatively new, and the staff are pretty friendly. That being said, they somehow don't know which machines to order. This giant, 2-story gym has only 3 squat racks. If I come at a less busy time, like 1pm, the rest of the gym will be empty, but every single squat rack is taken. It's almost as if 3 squat racks isn't enough for 100 people. Furthermore, if you work normal hours and want to come to the gym after work... good luck getting any machine. They give out way too many memberships and don't care enough to organize a proper system to have people wait for machines in an orderly manner.Also, this gym is almost impossible to leave. Any employee, of course, can easily sign you up. However, only one employee - the operations manager - can actually cancel the membership for you. You need to cancel 10 days BEFORE your billing cycle in order to not be charged for that month. Manager isn't in? Not their problem. We came in 3 separate times, and each time, he was out for a different reason (hadn't come in yet, was taking his lunch break, etc).Don't waste your time unless you enjoy fighting for machines every time you go to the gym, and also have lots of free time to spare.

Everything is old some machines work, other more or less, everything feels dirty, they need update machines and bikes, Bikes doesn’t work properly they need to update to peloton or something for the price.UPDATE: they scammed my wife and enrolled her in a personal training contract without her consent. She only said okay to a package of four sessions. They said she has to pay $1700 if she wants to stop going. This is crazy! We tried to talk with everyone there and all the managers. No one would help. I cancelled and we are never going back. ROBBERY
