Core Power Yoga is a wonderful studio. I used it in San Jose over the holidays. The classes were amazing.

Really nice place. Attentive teatchers, there are a lot of different yoga classes, I especially like hot yoga class there. Clean place. If you don't have a yoga mat/water/towel with you, they can provide you with these stuff for 2$ each. Especially for me it was difficult to be there at the peak hours - too much people! Also you can try a free week there.

As a yoga center, they are good. But they are the most unhelpful people ever! I was in the stages of fainting during one of their classes (due to low blood sugar) and I was gasping for breath. I asked the reception people for help. They just looked at me weirdly and offered no help. Finally, my husband rushed off to get a chocolate to prevent me from fainting. I wish people here would be more helpful and have basic first aid!
