My wife and I made the move to CrossFit Silicon Valley last year and are very pleased with the trainers, the equipment and the clientele. Everyone is super welcoming and supportive of each other. It feels like we have been coming here for years and years by the way everyone treats us. Our fitness level is definitely improving because we are more engaged—and the coaches push us a little harder here! Haha! I highly recommend this gym. As a new member, I immediately felt welcomed to this community. The coaches are supportive and motivating, especially at 5:00AM! The members are just as friendly and encouraging. The gym is clean, airy and spacious. I've had such a positive experience since day 1. If you're new to CrossFit, take the fundamentals courses. There's so much to learn about doing the movements properly!
