Went to OTF for the first time last week and had a great experience! From the moment you walk in, everyone at the front is engaging, friendly and seem super pumped to have you there. Signing up was a breeze (def show up early your 1st time so you get the paperwork out of the way), and I really liked that they explain how to use the equipment before the class begins. Kelsey was super sweet, asked questions to get to know us and our fitness history and explained the class and how it works. She is super knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does. Our instructor that day was Gage, and he was awesome! He was super pumped, friendly and his positive attitude really showed. All in all, I will definitely be going back and am telling everyone I know to give this gym a try!

Incredible classes, very well structured, challenging and organized, with reasonable breaks to catch breath. Also great instructors and sense of community.

Coaches and staff are great. I've worked out each time I've travelled to San Jose for work and everyone made me feel right at home. I'll visit this studio every time I'm in town!

Coach Tri's reminder that it's okay to stop and breathe every now and then made this a great experience. When you're adjusting to the pace of the workout, sometimes you need to catch your breath. You never stop moving and you get a little bit of everything in; OTF is great!

Energetic and friendly staff. I walked away from my first workout feeling confident that I can do this. I'm a 61 year old woman that has not exercised in years and was afraid to go. But Michelle walked me through the program and encouraged me through the tougher moments. I felt great following the workout and look forward to continue on this journey.
