It's been my 3rd day at Orangetheory and i already see a difference. The routines are high paced and intensity. The routines keep changing so you dont get bored. The studios are very clean.

I love the music choice & the layout of the studio. The exercises are easy to follow. They can be very challenging sometimes, but in a positive way. I can really feel the results and SORENESS the next day, that's how you know you had a good work out! I feel pretty energized throughout the day and feel more awake. I love competing against myself when I see that I am in the orange zone. Overall the coaches/trainers and staff are super nice and helpful. I can tell that the community here are all in it together and I feel good vibes from everyone who are here for the same reason -- to feel good and become fit/healthier! I am happy to have joined and I've only attended 2 classes so far. I do not regret making this change because it makes me happy. I can see why people say that going to Orange Theory Fitness can be addicting. I plan on staying committed to going at least 3-4x a week. The classes are so fun and I cannot wait to see my results! Thanks OTF, I am proud to be part of the family! <3

The Staff at this location are very friendly and informative. On my first day they checked on me throughout the class to make sure I was ok. Most of the coaches are very good. Even if you are brand new and don’t understand everything going on, they have it posted on the board and screens so you can follow along and go at your own pace. They alternate the music and the coaches talk you through the class. The workouts vary every day so it’s not monotonous.The Atmosphere is clean, temperature is comfortable. They don’t use super bright fluorescent lighting, which I love. You get from it what you put in. Highly recommend for people on every fitness level.

Love the fact that workouts are 60 minutes of high intensity weights, cardio and rowing. The coaches are all awesome to work with, they make you feel confident and more importantly take the time to give each client the attention they deserve. Keep up the good work!

The music was loud enough to drown out the excuses in my head that would keep me from giving 110%. The workout was challenging and went by so fast. There was always a push from the coach right when I normally would have stopped.

The staff was so welcoming. They were inviting and informative. I really enjoyed the workout. It was very clear how much I could increase my workout to challenge myself. The instructor was fantastic. The 80's theme was nice.

Every class is different and love the enthusiasm of the trainers. Makes my husband and me want to come to class. It has greatly helped reduce everyday stress and although have not seen drastic weight changes , i am hoping that continuing the classes would get me there someday.
