Update: 7/7/23 If you want a coach who motivates you and knows how to have fun, you have to go to one of Cyndi’s classes! She is a ball of energy, pushes you with her sets in between rowing AND makes you laugh! Absolutely love her vibe and I try to come to one of her classes weekly!Pranavi’s classes push you to a point where you aren’t sure if you have anything left in the tank but all of a sudden there she is- encouraging you and reminding you of why you came in to class in the first place. I always look forward to her classes and have a great workout!

Row house is the BEST, and Cyndi is fantastic. She’s hilarious, and super motivating (“you can do ANYTHING for a minute!”)! Great taste in music, too! 45 minutes goes by in a flash.If you’ve never rowed before, try a class with Michael. He times the music and the lights to the rhythm of the row, rising and falling in intensity, and it’s awesome. If you have rowed with Michael before you already know this, and he’s probably converted you to a regular. You don’t even know you’re exercising.

I really enjoy Row House. Sydney is such a great instructor. I really enjoy her class. She explains the movements both on the machine and on the mat in a way that's thorough and easy to understand!

First time here I was introduced to the basic movements of row. I didn’t attend a typical row class but a class that focused on squats and squat form related to row. Informative and fun. Rowing synchronized with the class is very motivating and Ana the instructor was great.
