Akka was so amazing in teaching Yogasanas. Can't call it a teaching. It felt like sort of transmission directly from Sadhguru. I thought asanas would be difficult. But it felt so fluid and light that I'm doing it daily for around 4 months now(missed 1 day here and there due to food gap, but otherwise doing without break). While doing asanas I was able to see the way we bend, which part of body is connected to which other part. In just 4 classes she gave me so much body awareness like I've never experienced in life before. I could actually feel Sadhguru's presence in her home. Very very powerful and she herself is like Sadhguru to me.

My experience with Pragnya was as good as I have experienced in the Isha programs held at the Yoga center. The ambience was very conducive. The method of instruction was very effective. It has been more than an year now since I learnt the practice and many times due to certain situations I had to discontinue my practice. But whenever I started it again I was able to recall my practive effortlessly without any doubt. Moreover, I had several follow up questions after the program and Pragnya was very prompt in addressing them over email and even relayed my questions to Isha Hatha Yoga School. I am very grateful to have learnt Surya Kriya from Pragnya.During my mandala I started experiencing some pressure (headache) in my forehead where the forehead touches the ground during the practice. I continued doing my practice and it took care of itself in some time. After this initial hiccup, I really enjoyed doing my practice and the overall effect it has had on me.

Pragnya was very accommodating to my COVID situation and was willing to adjust the schedule for me. She was very thorough during the yogasanas class and even corrected a few postures that I had learned in a course called inner engineering online. She made sure I had all my questions answered and a good grasp of the practice by the end.

I have taken Angamardana private class. Pragnya is very professional when it comes to teaching. She is very methodical and pays attention to the small details as well. There is no deviating from the curriculum. I was very satisfied with her class. The only reason I do not rate her with 5 starts because it would be nice if she was a little bit more easy going. She is very serious about the teaching and the process ... a little too much for my taste... I was missing some light heartedness. Thank you Pragnya for making the course available to us in the Bay area.

Attended the session with Pragyna for Hatha Yoga. The session was fantastic. Pragnya is not only patient, but also encouraging and interactive. She was able to correct my posture and post session it was a wake up call for me to realize this kind of sessions are extremely helpful if you have a sedentary work situation.Her experience and calmness makes the session flyby quickly. It might seem easy at first but as the session progresses, the intensity quickly goes up. It taught me the importance of flexibility, balance and fitness.If you're someone who is into running, working out outside or play sports, a few sessions from Yoga Nivedana are sure to help you ramp up your fitness game.10/10 would recommend.

I attended Surya Kriya class. Very thorough teaching. She takes you step by step slowly so you can pick up the steps.The space is very conducive to learning and being meditative.
