Charge in fault. They say only need to pay one month of membership and can be cancel in any time. But charge you lots of fee for cancellation

Called June 7th at 10 a.m. because I forgot something in the mens locker room. The front desk team member was not helpful at all and couldn’t put in the effort to go check to see if my item was left behind in the locker room. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional.

This is a former Bally's that was acquired by 24 HR Fitness. The layout and the equipment of the gym all look different from an original 24 HR. The inside looks super dark which doesn't bother me too much. I like that there's a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a dry sauna. However, there's not a steam room here. The lockers in the men's room look a little outdated but not vandalized. If you visit the Oakland branches, namely the Webster and High Street branches you will notice there's a severe problem with vandalization. And if you complain of dirty and smelly gyms, you should visit these two gyms. The conditions at Floresta are much better than other branches I have visited.

Good when not crowded avoid 5-8pm theres a line for equipment if you come in during that time. Bathrooms are pretty atrocious though otherwise the outer floor is pretty clean. Can get hot during crowded hours.
