Terrible get new people who awnser the phone and have a welcoming tone over the phone. Not just any old rude staff answering the phone.

5 Star for location. But, if you want to work out, forget it, this place is way way over packed from 5pm and on. I think they should have a full sign to prevent people from going in. They don't refill the paper dispenser sometimes for the equipment wipe down.

New to this location and the women’s bathrooms are almost always a mess. Every stall has some mess and the floors are filthy, wouldn’t recommend showering in the locker room 🥴 If they can’t keep the bathrooms clean wondering how clean the actual gym is…just a typical chain gym that survives off the brand with decent equipment …

Dirty and crowded, broken stuff takes months to get fixed

Sadly this gym has gone downhill, as the bathrooms were the dirtiest I've ever seen for 24 Hour Fitness. Showers had flies in them, mildew galore, floors everywhere look like they haven't been cleaned in years, likely pre-Covid. And then no hot water either, the best I could get was lukewarm. No wonder no locks on the lockers, it's a health hazard. Gym equipment is all the same as before, several had signs of being broken. Stairmaster was barely moving, had to swap 2 times to find one that's normal pace.

I have a very low bar for gym cleanliness, but I have never seen a nastier space in my life. Disgusting smells, trash everywhere, showers not working, stinky drains, with dirty walls and no soap, people entering steam room fully dressed with shoes (BO bonanza), trash people not taking a shower before entering the pool. After they closed the downtown location it became absolutely unbearable. When I tried to cancel they wouldn’t refund my money. Stay away.

Finally glad to be back at this gym, still as clean as I remember it to be.

They are doing a pretty good job, all things being considered.

Management is very rude and no help. Going to be canceling my membership here because i did not get the help I needed by management and staff.
