I love the fact that this place opens at 4am! For all you people complaining about how crowded it gets during prime hours, i have a solution for you..Get up earlier! Yes, there will be other people working out which means you are not going to get everything you want all the time so if you cannot get a lat pull-down machine for example, pull-ups are a far superior variation than any lat pull-down machine and If you cannot perform pull-ups, all the more reason to start doing them!As for cardio machines, half the gym is dedicated to cardio which is awesome! You cannot talk about health and fitness without cardiovascular health.it's what keeps your heart pumping!People should start taking into consideration that not everybody is interested in building muscle and some just want to have good cardiovascular health.Gyms are designed to cater to everyone and not just people who solely focus on muscle building and as far as monthly rates go, you really cannot complain. That's like saying you want the steak and lobster dinner at kids menu prices. As for people "stealing" your equipment while you're trying to get some water, you just politely say "Excuse me, i was using this. i just went to go get some water." and i get it, you wan't to avoid confrontation, but if you are not willing to speak up for yourself, chances are that it's going to happen again.

They currently have a too good to be true promotion but then you find out there’s an annual membership and a cancellation fee and that billing is handled by a 3rd party financial corporation after you give them your bank card. I can only imagine the headaches when I google gym membership scams. So many red flags. I noped out. Get a bike. Walking is free. No thank you.

I canceled my account 2 years ago. I just found out that they been charging my visa card this whole time. I called them and explained to them that I haven't been there for 2 years and canceled it already. They refused to give me a refund and said that It takes 30 days and will be billed for one more month . If I don't pay it then they will leave it active and will get interest and go to collections. Don't trust this gym or any of its locations. The corporate office admitted thet they see that I haven't used it in 2 years. What a greedy and shady company.

Yes it's not perfect I been there 3 years, I've had no trouble with anyone? try saying Hi, please, excuse me, and thank you, seriously it's magic! don't go at 4-7 during the week if you can't share! I feel like im part of a family I probably have 30 people there that greet me with hi and smile For $ 20 a month I can live with a lil dust and the occasional broken machine. God Bless. Harry

SOOOOOO overcrowded! Completely overrun with meat head types slamming weights, "bro"ing all over everything and hogging EVERY weight and machine in the whole place..... AND I saw one sitting on the step machine just blocking anyone from using it.... JUST SITTING THERE! And the staff completely ignored it......Smh.... I have been to all kinds of gyms all over the country (including some of the busiest Golds gyms on the west coast back in the day) and I have never seen this ridiculousness and overcrowding. I was there on a trial because I live near the San Bruno club..... it's literally within walking distance and even with the close proximity it is STILL not worth $14.99 the only way you could even get any kind of workout there is if you're part of the bro club they clearly have. Good luck with that!

The Zumba classes at this location are soooooo much fun! Andrea and Francisco are AMAZING, two completely different styles but both so much fun and you will never get bored! I leave drenched in sweat and wake up sore the next day and it NEVER feels like I am actually working out, just dancing with the girls! Everyone is welcoming and friendly there is no judgement we all just have a great time!

Nice and clean place to workout with good range of workout machines. I have taken a couple of personal training classes and was extremely satisfied with it. The trainers are very friendly and they can certainly push you to your best (if you want to be pushed). Nothing to complain so far.
