clean and air ventilation is great. I hope they maintain it like this. I wish they add yoga/tai chi class during morning weekend after zumba or 5pm class.

It need to clean the gym is really small and they keep pack it with people you can’t workout or do anything. There is not even enough space to workout I don’t even know how you got the fire department approve to operate.

It’s a great gym. Very friendly and good classes, BUT classes are often cancelled with no notice! Very inconvenient! Not always dependable!

Never have to worry about large crowds on Saturday afternoons. Treadmills have TV screens and the place is fairly clean. Knocking off a star because they don't provide (at the minimum) paper towels.

A great gym for it's price, gym equipments are decent for making your desired body, staffs are young and usually friendly, lots of Treadmills but unfortunately TVs don't work for a few Treadmills, i like the energy that the gym gives to me.

Disorganized staff when it comes to billing info, they told me they would waive a late fee then they didn’t. Cancelling the membership was a huge pain. Facility is fine, pretty small and crowded though. It’s really bare bones but the bad review is mostly because of the billing and hoops they make you junp through.

Rude staff, Staff is not helpful. Expecially manager ? Young lady is so rude. She looks like teasing me. Never got a agreement contract from them, and The gave me a number, and when I went to cancel or check my balance but i couldn't check and cancle too. I singed pt program last year... they said can't money back ... almost left balance $540. on line, as required by their policy, the agreement number wasn't valid. When I called the customer service number, i couln't contract to check my invoice and balance. Also they said everytime different policy. I can't trust them. I would NEVER join another Fitness 19, ever! But they own my money without exercise...I have to spend my money for 2 years. ... Wish I could give zero starts also be responsible and nice to take care customers.... they lied when i sign agreement.. anytime you can refund money if you don't like PT program...

Rude staff, rude customers, no gym rules so people stay on the machines way longer than any normal person would, and then get upset if you ask to work in. Staff is not helpful. I went to this location for about a year and a half. While the staff was accommodating and the equipment serviceable, they dropped the ball when it came to dealing with a serious matter. My wife and I were using the gym last week when another gym member started making threats at us. I talked to the staff and the manager but ultimately the individual was allowed to return. I don’t think it’s safe to go here and would caution anyone going here until the gym handles this.

I recently moved to the area 8 months ago and I was looking for a gym that was clean, good rate and had good equipment and in good shape.I went to different gym, some are just very expensive, others are just plain old and need remodeling. Others looked like they came from scary movies, holes in the wall, dirty bathrooms etc.Fitness 19 might not be a big gym but they are very clean. The staff is very friendly and they have enough equipment to work out and break a sweat. The people who attend the gym are always friendly and it's a community gym.
