Barre3 has been a great workout. I’ve attended the 6:15am workout all week and it’s amazing! The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and give options for different levels. I’ve noticed a change in my core already! Great energy and would highly recommend for a full body workout!

Beautiful studio, high energy classes that are never the same, great teachers and friendly front desk staff. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Would love to see more evening classes for working moms.

I am so thrilled on how much I enjoy taking barre3 classes. The workout focuses on each muscle area while strengthens your core muscles. The instructors are great whether you are a beginner(like me) or have been taking classes for years, the instructor makes sure you go at your own pace to get your best results out of each workout. I signed up for just a few classes to see if I liked taking barre3 now I am signing up for the unlimited classes.
