Great faciliries and nice staff. Kids zone is a big + too. Woul like more zumba classes on early evenings or weekends morning

I am coming from San Diego my son has a Soccer camp in Palos altos and we needed a place to work out crunch fitness was an excellent gym to come out and work out the staff was excellent and they helped us in getting us set up

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Carolyn Thickett and would recommend anyone interested in joining this club to speak with her. The facility is also very clean and has all the equipment you will need for any type of workout. 10/10

I happily call Crunch WC a sanctuary for myself -- I take classes up to 4 - 5 times a week. Pilates with Deirdre, Midori and Liz are my absolute favorites - however - any class I go to I find myself leaving stronger and a clearer minded. All of the instructors are incredibly kind. The staff is helpful and friendly. Happy to be apart of Crunch WC :-)

Update: I originally gave them one star because of the below review, but after I posted the review their corporate office contacted me and refunded me my money, which took three weeks to get to me. I would give them more stars but I didn’t end up doing any service of theirs and it took seven months for them to refund me and lots of calling, emailing, and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and now I am exhausted.Original Post:DON’T do this gym, they are scammers. I went to this gym to work out and they offered me a free trial to do a personal trainer. During the trail the personal trainer Tiana pressured me into signing up for more sessions. I didn’t feel comfortable signing right away because I needed time to think about it but the trainer assured me she would not charge my credit card until after the free trial giving me plenty of time to cancel if I changed my mind, so I agreed and she charged my card right then and there even though she said she would wait until after the free trial. When it popped up on my phone that I got charged I showed her and she said it was a mistake and wouldn’t charge me until the correct time. The next session, which was still a free one, she was rude and pushy. After the session I emailed the manager saying I was unhappy with my trainer and changed my mind. They said I had already been charged and it was too late to get my money back. They charged me $880 for the service I never used. When I tried to talk to the manager Josue to get this figured out they kept saying he was out of office dealing with a family problem. When the manager Josue finally did get back to me he said it was too late to get my money back even though I explained I shouldn’t have been charged yet and that I was unhappy with the service. He pretty much said too bad and when I tried to dispute it with my credit card it got denied because he challenged it. So now I am out $880 dollars for a service I never used. If you don’t want to get scammed I say stay away from this gym. Terrible customer service all around.

Holy cow. My main gym is in Oregon, and this location here in Walnut creek blows it out of the water. The value of having a towel service, sparkling clean facility, steam room, sauna many many lockers it is just leagues ahead of my home gym. Weights are not missing from some racks (where are the 2.5s and 5s in my home gym?!?) I was considering switching gyms to get this kind of experience at home. Seeing that some crunch has these facilities makes me want to stick with them, but there needs to be some updates in my northern home state!

Love this gym! Extremely welcoming to everyone, young and old. Every type of equipment you could need. I have never had to wait for a bench or any system, since they have lots of equipment and a wide variety. And very clean and everything is always where it is supposed to be. One other thing that I like - lots of parking. Highly recommend this place!

I've been to dozens of Crunch locations throughout the country--this is easily one of the best. GM Michael is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great amenities, very clean, and tons of available space for weights plus a variety of cardio. Would recommend to anyone
