Not the nicest Crunch Fitness location. First three treadmills I tried to get on were malfunctioning. Benches missing knobs to adjust the slope. Overall, equipment doesn’t look well cared for. Make sure you lock your belongings in the locker. A member took my keys, went out to my car and cleaned my wallet. My fault for leaving stuff in a locker unlocked, but just FYI.

I go when it first opens to avoid the big crowds and I love it! The staff is super nice and friendly…people are too!They have the equipment needed for a great workout. It’s always clean including the locker rooms. Ample spray bottles and wipes around the gym

Attention CRUNCH Chamblee OWNER, PLEASE HELP ME resolve a membership billing issue that’s been happening since December 2019! Yes 3 years and 4 months ago. Everyone is giving me the run around and refuses to effectively help. My membership is under Laura Yanez, HELP ME!!

This gym was once good, now it is BAD.I originally gave the gym a 4/5. Yesterday I came to train, i asked the person at the counter whose name is Mike (African American guy) if he could take my number because I do not have my tag on me. He said "No, I will not". I asked why, he replied "You came last time and left the ring around the punching bag and did not return it (twice)". I said "Sorry, I think you're mistaken, the ring was already there and I just kicked the bag for 5 or 10 minutes and left. I did not bring the ring or move it". He replied "OK". I said can you take my number? he replied "No, I will not. I am doing you a favor by taking the number, and I don't want to do it. I can print you the contract". I said "I pay $30 for premium membership and you're saying that's a "favor"?" he asserted that and demanded I show him a tag or do it through the app. I said fine and proceeded to set up the App. I told him that he is making a mistake, and there is no way I did not put the weights or the ring back in place twice when its my first time back in the gym for more than a month. He started mocking me, repeating my words, and asking me to set up my application somewhere else not in front of his counter. I said "Do you want me to set it up outside?" Unbelievable... I showed him my barcode and said "here you can scan it", he said "No, I am not going to scan it. You cannot just tell me "Scan it"." Then he proceeded to kick me and another friend of mine who is also a customer out. He told us to go workout somewhere else. Absolutely disgusting service from this guy. I will be speaking to his supervisor or manager.

i've had no issues with the gym equipment or facility and was enjoying my time there. however i was working out with a male coworker of mine and we would take turns doing sets and we were approached by trainers and told that if my coworker kept "training me" both of our memberships would be revoked... can't help but think this is a misogyny issue. the trainer told us they didn't see my coworker also working out but he was. when we told the trainer that, he said he didn't see it. i don't get how it's our fault if they only see the parts they want to...

Extremely crowded after around 6:30 pm weekdays... Like, really crowded.Note that once you sign up, you 'cannot cancel your membership or change your mind for 90 days' if this gym is not a good fit for you, no matter the reason...That is terrible.I do like the focus on strength training, and the locker room is decently spacious.They do not provide locks for the lockers, and I did not see any towels provided either. The selection of beverages at the front is quite small, but is available.

I absolutely LOVE the vibes at this gym!! The classes are top-tier and the staff is always friendly!! Shout out to Khalia (my new trainer) and Mitch at the front (thanks for the drink!!)

The gym, itself, is great. Actual platforms for olympic lifts and all the equipment you could want. Very clean.However, the customers suck. If you work out here, be prepared for people babysitting machines. So many people sit on equipment on their phones. Some even have a problem with you jumping in the middle of sets. Almost enough to make me go to another gym.

The Crunch Chamblee location is my local gym, and honestly, I could not ask for a better atmosphere and vibe from the employees and the gym-goers who attend. The front desk is incredibly welcoming and friendly every single time. It's like going to the bar Cheers where everybody knows your name.From Victoria to Zach to Jeremy to Claire to Seth to Whitney, I can always count on these guys and gals to make me feel at home every single time I stop by. Love this gym to pieces!
