I’ve taken Whitney’s cycling class when she taught over at the Perimeter location. I normally don’t do cardio at all & truly hate it with a burning passion. She talked me into it and I have no regrets. The theme was “Millennials vs Gen Z” and the class was popping. Even tho she isn’t at that location anymore, I’ve seen how lit her classes look through social media and they have grown so much over time. Keep it up 💪💪💪

Place have a mixed variety of thing to do with Trainers that care!Edit: Things to note for any new coming in, if you plan to do the training program, schedule your time accordingly and make sure you understand the fine print. Crunch has a 2 month dedication period with the training program that is unclear whether it’s 30 days periods, or that first day you signed up. (Eg. May 20 to July 20). If you have a clean plan on what you’re set goals are for the gym, stick by it and try and see if you hit those goals before relying on another individual.

UPDATE: Vince Julien is a shady business man. THEY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN AFTER THIS REVIEW. I HAVE NOW BEEN LIED TO TWICE. STAY AWAY PLEASE. The transaction even says manually keyed in. This was 10 days after I signed documents in the gym and the manager said I wouldn't be charged anything anymore. LIESYou can sign up online with a card but when you walk in they try to force you to give up your bank account details!! That's very suspicious and this business should be avoided due to that alone. No gym needs direct access to your bank account...I was initially told they their card payments just didn't work correctly and that was the reason but after the manager confirmed it was franchise policy its clear that this is a lie they are told to say. After some pushing the employee even said that this is one of those scam gym things that is common in the gym industry. Even the employees know the owners policy is wrong!Looking forward to a copy pasted response from the owner as that is clearly what they do on these reviews. Maybe a BBB complaint will get their attention to this highly suspect and potentially illegal business practice of false advertising and lies.

I love taking the Spin class. Whitney is such a phenomenal instructor. She makes each class fun by decorating and giving out props, glow sticks, rose color glasses, tiny hats, beaded necklaces and so much more! Her playlist is very versatile and she listens and receives recommendations. Her passion and enthusiasm for her work shines through on every ride. Crunch Chamblee is very fortunate to have her. Go whitney! Keep up the good work. 🫶🏾

I usually attend Crunch in Athens and love their spin classes there, so I decided to try it out in ATL at the Chamblee location for the summer. I took a spin class with Whitney and was blown away! She has upbeat music and keeps her energy high the whole time :) She is extremely supportive and works hard to engage with the class while making the workout challenging and different. I have loved my experience in her classes and will definitely return anytime I am in town! She also creates themed rides and keeps up with her Instagram which makes me excited to come to each class. Her dedication is unmatched!

Worst PT Program. The manager John is completely incompetent with how to sign people up for the PT services. He will tell you one price and charge you for another. They charged me over $400 in one month with a faulty charge of over $200 and after their mistake they blatantly told me I couldn’t be issued a refund. You’re better off working with their trainers 1 on 1 outside the gym because they’re just money hungry and do not truly care about the members experience. Not that mention the gym is packed with equipment and not a lot of room to do your own workouts fr especially if there are classes in the group fitness room.

Went to a cycling class, and I was floored (mostly because the class kicked my butt!). I was extremely impressed with the whole experience, but I especially loved the energy Whitney (the instructor) showed, the fun music, and the overall pacing/vibe of the ride she led. I felt like I earned all of my burnt calories 😂 …
