If you're going to sign up here, be careful of how the employees explain their membership to you. Make sure you get your contact in writing before signing. They will not offer it to you before you sign. If an employee gives you incorrect information on how to cancel, you are still responsible for paying your fees without an option to cancel. As Terrance, the manager, explains it, "Yes, you can cancel any time you want. But you're still be responsible for paying for the entire 60 days." I.e. you can't cancel payments prior to 60 days. But the employees who sign you up can definitely tell you otherwise with no consequence. Instead of working with me and listening to why I was in this situation, Terrance just repeated "60 day policy" until I left. I understand the policy as he explains it, but I didn't understand why I was told differently when I signed up or what I can do about it now. Still, any questions I had was rebutted with "60 day policy". Wish he would just listen to why I was there instead of bluntly telling me one thing repeatedly. I'd rather be told what my options were now instead of just lecturing me on what their current policy is (have I emphasized the 60 day policy yet?). He was reluctant to help me figure out what I can do now and instead wanted to encourage me to stay with the membership. Very helpful. If you need someone to explain it straight with no filters or attempts to trick you into staying longer, I'd recommend speaking to Victoria. She listened and answered my questions without dancing around the subject like Terrance did. If she doesn't know something, she'll make sure to find out for you.**Also do not give them your bank account. Just use a credit card. They will insist but it is not necessary. There is about a $2 convenience fee but that's a small price to pay to avoid their trickeries.

Pros: Great staff. Average patron is respectful of one another. Clean enough. Great equipment for its size.Cons: the absolute worst music imaginable, remixed into sounds that are so intolerable my head would explode without noise canceling earbuds.

White male Caucasian at the front desk could have approached the situation about members not being able to be guests at a different location in a more professional manner. My guest and I were already crunch members, the front desk male could have kept an open mind about trying out a different location in order to recruit my guest for an upgraded membership. My guest and I were rudely turned away, due to this instance, my guest and I are considering canceling our Crunch memberships.

Let’s do an honest review of the pros and cons. Let’s start with the Pros.Pros: This is a great gym the it has everything you need to get a solid workout in the gym. It has 2 turfs, sleds, and a bunch of deadlift areas you can use plus a kettlebells. The people are friendly and don’t bother you and it’s definitely a good gym environment.Cons: ITS ALWAYS SOOO PACKED. While they have 2 turfs it usually so packed that it’s hard to use them fully. The other thing is the front desk person lied to me when I was signing up saying that that day was the last day for a promo when there were still 2 weeks left on the promotion. Why lie? Just tell the truth. I didn’t sign up in store for that reason and signed up online and got a better rate. All together this gym would get a 5 stars but since it so packed in there that sometimes you can’t use what you need for 20+ minutes at a time and they lied to me when signing up and I have to give it a 4 out of 5.

I enjoy this gym a lot! The staff is great and the gym of always clean. I signed up for personal training and my trainer was Coach Jeremy Lewis and honestly, if he wasn't my trainer I'd never come to the gym. He challenges you with every work out sessions and makes it fun and interactive. He really wants you to reach all your goals. I've gotten so much stronger working with him! He is a great trainer and knows what he's doing!

Just finished a great Monday morning HIIT class with Corey and an enjoyable 10 minutes on their hydro massage machine. Corey’s cheerful personality and willingness to help create such a welcoming environment. He’s helped me SO MUCH with achieving my fitness goals and always takes the time to help if I’m having trouble perfecting my form with any workout. The gym offers so many exercise options that it’s not too hard to find something to do if the next station I wanted to do is occupied - even during its peak hours. If you can, get the membership option with the hydro massage- you won’t regret it!

I came here a couple times to get trained by Sabrina. Very knowledgeable! Good attitude, big supporter. She will push you and get you strong. When you get there ask for her, she will get you right. The gym is spacious enough. The ladies bathroom was clean and everything was organized. Love the sauna, could be bigger but its clean. The group class room is huge, big mirrors and enough space to move around.
