I filled out a day pass and walked in to workout... and just from conversation YES I have been to a CRUNCH opening in Florida years ago To support a colleague and I told him that but I HAVE NEVER WORKED OUT AT THE FACILITY... he didn't even look me up in the system...Then I walked OUT to walk back in to ask for a manager being that I drove 30mins to workout. Then I wait for 15mins to find out the MANAGER is standing in front of me the entire time NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING me and my issue. Seth is the name I didn't get the name of the actual guy that didn't even try to assist me.The YMCA would NEVER and that's what I get for trying to try something new...

Crunch is a cheap place to work out at, but I've heard so many people have issues with their services. They will make you do the UTMOST to terminate your membership. A family member of mine had an issue with the trainer there and they still required him to pay. The trainer was late all the time and sometimes did not show up. Crunch put his account in collections and every time he tried to reach out to dispute this, they would ignore him. It was disrespectful and I would never try to do business with them because they do not try to listen to their customers.

Seth was very unwelcoming and does not know the meaning of customer service. My partner has a top membership there and he kicked us both out of a class because he said that I didn’t pay for it. My partner is canceling his membership and we will report him to corporate. There are ways you approach people and talk to them and I’m not sure who hired him but it was a huge mistake.

I've been going to this location for around 2 years and it is a great place to work out. Once a week I meet with Trainer John for workout session and have yet to be disappointed. John is very knowledgeable and down to earth. John is able to answer any question I have and has helped me with new workout routines as well as nutrition.

Great gym that is often overcrowded. The gym has all the equipment you need to get a good workout and the employees are very friendly and approachable. My main issue is how often this gym seems to be crowded, which can make it hard to get a good workout in a timely manner. This isn't the fault of the gym, but it does affect the quality of my experience here.

The worst experience ever with a gym membership, when I did sign up for the first time they did offer me the most expensive option to bring a guest for free. Today I did bring my partner to a Zumba class as a guest, the “manager” his name is Seth interrupted the class in the middle of all the people and not respecting the instructor also, took us out of it and said my membership do not include classes for my guest. Then he was trying to sell a membership for him even when I am paying the most expensive plan... Well, he did not sell a membership for my partner but also lose a member because I am canceling mine. Great job Seth, I am very disappointed of this place and his customer service, at least wait until the class ends to do it, the level of professionalism and respect was unacceptable and discriminatory.

[Solid Gym, Yet Overcrowded]Crunch Fitness Chamblee offers a convenient location with friendly staff and well-maintained equipment. However, its major downside is overcrowding, which persists even during non-peak hours, making workout routines a challenge. A one-year membership commitment might be a gamble considering the constant crowd. Despite the commendable aspects, the gym's capacity issues may warrant second thoughts before commitment.

I initially signed on with Crunch Fitness at 625 Holcomb Bridge Road, Roswell, GA, and the female fitness associate working at that location told me that there was no commitment required and that I can cancel anytime. I was in the process of moving, and I went to this location to cancel my membership with Crunch Fitness. The management team told me that a minimum of a 90 day commitment was required, and that I couldn't cancel. Instead, he told me to write a letter to the corporate headquarters , and I told him that it makes no logical sense whatsoever. I asked if they had a corporate office number instead, and all they told me was that there was an address, and they've got no other information other than the mailing address in Florida. I asked to speak to a manager to escalate my issue, and he told me that he was a member of the management team, and to go back where I initially signed up, and to see if they'll let me cancel there given that it was the original location that told me that. So, I went back to the original location, and they told me the same thing and charged me a cancellation fee because the associate that signed me on wasn't working there at the time. I ended up disputing the charges with my bank because for such a big corporation like Crunch Fitness, they're practicing unethical and bad business practices with their consumers, and I think the management team needs to re-train their employees, by telling them to honor the clients that signed contracts with a no-commitment policy, and any updates that were made afterwards only applies for clients when those updates/changes about a 90 day commitment policy were made. It's unethical and bad business practices to lure in customers and have them join a membership/contract with no commitment, and to be later catfished/scammed with their new "updates." I thought everyone who's a member at Crunch Fitness or prospective consumers should know about their bad business policies. Otherwise, the gym is a nice facility to work out in, but the management team and their employees need some more professional training in regards to business policies.
