If you are interested in joining the gym, there is a guy named Leemar who is more than happy to scare you away from the gym. He will also tell you that he doesn't want people coming off the street into the gym. He will tell you there is no such thing as a free trial period and the only way to try the gym is to buy a month to month membership or 12 month membership even if you tell him it's your first time. The website said I could try for free for a weekend.

Quality of Service for Birthday parties is poor. There is not one clear organizer, and staff are not particularly trained to manage/entertain kids in 5-8 range. Even if you sign up for 1 thing, you don't always get what you paid for. Part preparation was not complete when we arrived.

Haven't joined a club for a decade, but heard so much about the Dunwoody Lifetime I decided to check it out. It is more like a country club. Everyone is nice, informed and helpful. Jonathan Greer in their Life Cafe stands out as the star. He dishes out the tastier foods and has helped me and others adopt little changes that have given us abundant energy and a new zest for a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend this place and everything that Jonathan Greer suggests! Thank you all and cheers to a healthier and longer life!

Facility is amazing! Pricing is on the expensive side. Customer care needs to improve. Aquatic section has archaic rules that is annoying for families. Family locker rooms used to cut through by members and no one seems to care about it except people who use it.

Amazing Customer Service!! You feel welcomed from the moment you walk through the door. The staff is very knowledgable and willing to guide you through your fitness journey. The facility is well kept and the locker rooms are always clean. The experience is worth every penny!

I agree. The management could do a better job explaining certain things when you sign up and thereafter. I was completely blindsided a few times on some issues that could have been avoided and dealt with differently. I expected way more from this gym. Not worth the $150/month 😞 …

Awful. Don't give these people your credit card. I filled out a cancellation form several months ago and they didn't process it. It was the second time I filled out a billing related form that they mismanaged in the course of six months. Both times I had to follow up. Therefore, I was billed for months of use I did not attend the club. Due to the fact their name doesn't show up as Lifetime on your credit card statement, it was only in reconciliation with my accountant that it was caught. They then spent an hour of my time arguing how they couldn't help and asked me to go back to the club and waste my time filling out the same form again. Apathetic and unhelpful. BAD EXPERIENCE.

For the pricing as high as it is, everything costs "extra". If the level of service is anything like their front desk, they have a long ways to go. I've yet to step foot into their gym, but with the lack of professionalism from several of their staff over the phone. The staff acted like it was a bother with my inquiry of their facility and I was constantly rerouted to the wrong individual and never did get to speak with a sales representative. I was told that they were busy and had no voicemail available. They've just lost one potential future client, not that it would make any difference to them.

Bad experience this past Sunday Jan 31. Let me paint the picture. Was given a trial membership which my sister-in-law purchased from a charity event in Buckhead. Came here to activate it and learn more about the facility. Was greeted by Andrew and his customer service skills was great. He said someone will be up to give us a tour and activate membership. That person was Teresa D. She registered us and was rude to me and my wife his her fake smile, high heels and said just walk around without the tour. I can't really blame her for her attitude because she is just an employee and really is nobody special. Just another employee operating with no supervision.But, i do blame upper management because an employee obviously feels she can treat guests anyway she feel like. I do recommend she is sent back to training. It seems after dealing with this place and reviewing some of there reviews on Google nothing has changed from the past to current still bad customer service issues. Speaking as an business owner this place sacrifice customer service for image. I was told this is a diamond facility a few times. It's obvious they are proud of that so provide diamond customer service. Give that wow factor when people come in.Now back to management. The purpose of having management is to supervise, give direction and make sure employees are following your company' culture.On a personal note! I will not be back or will recommend this place to anyone. LA Fitness is a better choice.Oh yeah! Teresa you can kiss my a**. There's no amount of fakeness, makeup, nails, shoes that can change who you really are inside. Nobody is ever disrespectful to my family.
