I've been a member for 2 years at Lifetime and I can only say that it is OK at best. My main issue is that everything feels broken and is rarely repaired. For instance, I've been looking at the same three treadmills with 'Needs Repair' signs on them for the last two months. Nothing seems to have been done to them. Multiple treadmills with dead sound, missing channels and blurry TVs. It's pretty terrible for such a pricey place. This all has however now turned into a running joke with my group text of 20 other members. We're all pretty excited to drop as soon as another gym opens in bhead. Also, not interested in management replies asking me to call an 800 number or to send them an email. It's all here. Just acknowledge your incompetence and fix your mess.

I just walked in with my husband to enquire about membership for potentially myself and my son who is a interested in Squash lessons. My husband was a previous member and had canceled because he was rarely going to the club. We stepped in and were greeted by a friendly young gentleman who then proceeded to hand us off to another older associate. He was so patronizing as well as condescending. I did not appreciate his attitude at all and walked out of here. Unfortunate though- as this location would have been so convenient for us

This gym charges $160 a month for an individual membership. Make of that what you will. In the winter it’s an ok gym but in the spring to late summer it is a messy gym. Sauna breaks monthly and stays down for days. The steam room also breaks more than expected. Staff seems somewhat responsive. No one is particularly friendly. From broken equipment to poorly maintained locker rooms. No towels, no toilet paper, broken fixtures. Some days only one staff member to maintain. Missing weights. So many guest passes that the level of service is 0. And rude instructors in the group classes. And please let’s not forget the fee for everything. I find it to be like a mini mall with a gym. I am sure there are better gyms for overall experience.

I had a great experience at Lifetime’s salon. I am very particular about how my hair is colored, and a friend suggested I try the salon here—I was skeptical, but figured why not? My stylist Brittany was great, going over lots of color options with me and helping me choose the one she thought fit what I visioned best, and it turned out awesome! The haircut was great, too. It’s a small salon, but great!

Awesome gym! They truly have the friendliest staff that I have experienced at any other gym. Shalonda at the front desk in the mornings is very friendly and she remembers every member by name. She is the definition of perfect customer service. Odell does an outstanding job of keeping the gym clean and pristine. You will see him cleaning up the gym all throughout the night. Management staff has always been very accommodating and very willing to help out in any way. Would recommend this gym to everyone!

The absolute worst customer service ever! First the set up out membership incorrectly and then the manager Mark argued with us about it. He refused to speak to me, the wife, stating I wasn’t on the membership. My husband told him he wanted me to speak on the account and that I was supposed to be on the membership. Mark still refused. Nice facility I’m sure but not worth the headache worst customer service ever. I told Mark it’s really not worth the company’s reputation to be so rude. Then, he claims we cancelled the membership 8 days later. We joined late Saturday and cancelled early Saturday the next weekend. My husband went one day and we were out of town for the 4th that fell during that week, a holiday! So they were so rude about cancelling. I educated them when you do a weekly rental for 7 days it’s Saturday to Saturday, period. Their math is off on counting days no way we are authorizing any charges from our bank account. Such a scam and shame. Customer service should always come first, period. No, Mark claims we set up a 2 person membership when my husband set it up for a family and added an extra person. Plus he didn’t even set up the original account, so he wouldn’t know first hand anyway. No integrity, no customer service. Please believe the previous reviewers about their horrific experience! Hours of our vacation time wasted on this minor issue. Shame on this gym!!!

So I tried a couple days free here and did not decide to take the membership, and it was purely due to cost. With that being said, I'm convinced this gym is worth every penny of the higher membership price as compared to other big box gyms. I was impressed by the cleanliness, facility, the amenities, and the staff. It seriously is like a resort. Kyle especially made the sign up and cancellation process seamless. No hard feelings and only good things to look forward to in the future if/when we decide we need an amazing gym and community center like this one.

I love this gym! I just recently joined about a month ago. I go before work so I shower there after my workouts and they have everything I need; towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner and more! The locker room is always clean and there is more than enough workout equipment. I never have to wait!! To me it is worth the money because it offers so much. I can even purchase healthy meals there! I do not miss my old gym at all, even though it was less costly I do not miss it.

First things first, it is extremely difficult to get pictures of the inside of a gym without appearing to be taking pictures of the patrons inside. I've tried my best to not include any pictures of any patrons and was thus unable to capture any pictures of the sauna, both inside and out, the hot-tub, or the two full-size basketball courts.Secondly, the price. This is an expensive gym. Being in Sandy Springs and being marked as a Diamond Club makes the monthly dues that much more high-end. Well, what's the difference between the demarcations of Diamond vs. Platinum vs. Gold? Honestly, not much. The Diamond locations are a bit more exclusive, typically located in more high-end areas, and offer the ability to go to any other gym location or type. In addition, the Diamond locations are kept cleaner and are more prone to machine upgrades. This gym is definitely vibrant and teeming with activities. They have very flexible hours, being closed from midnight to 4:00 AM only. The gym is extremely clean on the inside and there is ample parking both within the deck and directly adjacent to the gym entrance. There are two swimming pools, one indoors and one outdoors. The one outdoors has a giant slide similar to one found at water parks. On the third level of the gym there are two full size basketball courts and a plethora of squash courts. The free weights and machines are located on the second floor, in addition to the cardio equipments which it was noted all have their own individual televisions. The first floor has the locker rooms, which flow easily to the indoor and outdoor pools. Inside the locker rooms are razors for shaving and other toiletries for convenience. In addition, towels are complementary and are placed throughout the locker room. The first floor also has a full end cafe with Peets Coffee and smoothies available for purchase.Overall, a very nice gym with all the amenities you could ask for. Is it worth the additional premium? I'm not sure, but if you're in the market for a high end gym in Atlanta, I would definitely recommend looking into this location.

Visited this gym yesterday and I was quite impressed. The layout is really cool and there is plenty of space for everyone. The staff was very nice and helpful to me. Thanks!
