My very first impression of the gym was the scheduling of a visit. It was so poorly done which to me is a reflection of an overall management and staffing issue. I filled a form online to arrange a tour. Received one email and one phone call from two different people. Talked with the person on the phone and set a time for the tour. I then received two emails from another two different people, with one person indicating a wrong tour time. What's interesting is that they all described how excited they were to meet me and don't hesitate to call them for any questions, but when I actually called everyone that has sent me emails thus far to clarify the time, not one person picked up the phone or called me back. Finally one person responded to my email, and confirmed the original time for the tour. He also gave me the name of person who would give me the tour, assuring me that the person I would be meeting will 'take awesome care of me'. Okay, after I got there, my name was not on the list of tours at all and the person I was supposed to meet wasn't even there on that day. The tour went fine but the administration and staff training issue is making me very skeptical about the quality of service I'd be receiving as a customer.

I don't usually write reviews but this was I definitely had to do.1. Usually the instructors for all the classes I took so far had been extremely gregarious. However, the instructor for the fitness pilates was the opposite. She asked the class if this was anybody's first time and my boyfriend and I along with a few others raised our hands. Yet, she expected us to know what we were doing throughout the class. If we didn't get the movement correctly, she would make a smart remark.2. I came around 1pm to the LifeSpa to an eyebrow waxing. The receptionist (black gay looking guy named Ramie) said the next available appointment would be at 4pm. So I worked out for an hour and a half and waited for my boyfriend to finish showering. As I was waiting in front of the LifeSpa, I could see how all the workers were just sitting around doing nothing. I decided to go grab lunch outside of the Lifetime. On the way back from Popeyes, there was traffic so I called Ramie exactly at 4pm that I will be 15 mins late. He said that is okay because the lady who will do my eyebrow will not leave until 4:30. I rushed into LifeSpa as fast as could without even locking my car door. As I approached Ramie, he told me that she couldn't wait until me any longer and had to leave. I was so angry because he specifically said she was leaving at 4:30 and not she couldn't even stay until 4:15? On top of that, one of his co worker stood next to him and asked if everything was okay knowing the situation.

The best fitness center Atlanta has to offer. I love the huge range of services they offer and the group fitness classes. This location has a wonderful yoga studio and an overall competitive yoga program for many levels. Locker rooms are a dream!

Good facilities. Just don't try to use their website, or get a refund, or deal with costumer service. The quality of service is poor across all locations that I have been to.Example 1:Schedule swimming lesson for 3 year old with one of the instructors. This instructor vanished off the face of the earth, we were unable to contact him, but were still getting billed. I called different departments and left messages with two different managers over a period of two weeks. I went in person to the "aquatic center" to try to take care of this, to secure a refund and to cancel recurrent membership. I have still not gotten communication from them that this problem is resolved.Example 2:They have a website with, I guess, "suggested" times for various activities / availabilities. None of these times are actually real. We have shown up on a few occasions only to be told "oh, the website times are not accurate".... ok? Is this really an upscale center if they can't get even get the times right on the website? It is maddening to deal with this organization.

Warning: This Gym is kid-friendly meaning there are always kids around...ALWAYS. For a person who goes to the gym to get a peaceful workout, it may be a bit distracting and annoying as sometimes they are unsupervised while parents are …

Pretty good gym, very clean, although for the price there are some issues specifically if you are a fan of utilizing basketball courts. They often close off half for kids club, which has over 40 kids with only few employees supervising them resulting in the kids always throwing things on the other side of the courts and coming close to causing injuries. Reaching out to management did not really help all that much, unfortunately. Courts are often dirty while there is kids club, and floors are dented now. Unfortunate. Work out areas are clean though.

Lifetime Fitness is an amazing gym; however, I'm not sure gym is the best description because it really is a destination unlike any other. I sometimes go take a workout class, sometimes to stop by and enjoy a fantastic smoothie and meal, and other times to hang out at the pool Friday night to have a drink with friends. Speaking of pool...you have to check out the outdoor pool deck - beautiful! The only program I have been less than thrilled with is the kids aquatics instruction. Some of the staff are amazing with kids, and others really need to make a decision if they want to teach children or not. I had to pull my child out of lessons because I could not schedule a time with the preferred instructors. I wish the Aquatics Director was more understanding of the problem, but that was not my experience. Other kids services in the child care area and summer camps are spectacular.

For a family with children, this Club has no competition in the area. We have worked out at them all... and you will NOT find a more comprehensive facility- not to mention clean and well kept. Class instructors are knowledgeable professionals. Daycare staff pay extra attention to the detail. Pay no mind to reviews below... a person attempting to cancel a membership outside of clearly spelled-out contract provisions. As far as complaints about the membership price... You get MORE than what you pay for... i can't even begin to list the activities, there are so many...

I would strongly caution anyone before joining this facility. Unfortunately, we were given information that DIRECTLY CONTRADICTED the contract. In other words, the sales person flat-out lied to us. I spoke with the GM and their corporate office, and both were not willing to work with me on a solution. They both literally said something along the lines of "well, did she say it didn't cost anything to freeze your membership, or did she say we wouldn't charge you to freeze your membership, because those are 2 different things."Seriously? Semantics?Short story: let the buyer beware.By the way, avoid at all costs any events they host at the pool. They are poorly planned, and they don't staff their facilities to deal with the increase in business volume. Expect inadequate and indifferent service.
