Gym is clean, nice and has a great deal of amenities and equipment. But one thing it lacks is kindness and etiquette. A bunch of spoiled rich people, and entitlement. However, the staff is very kind, and always willing to help. Always courteous, and considerate. If you're able to maintain your focus, do the work, and roll out its worth the money.

This Lifetime location was clean and kept up. The limited contact with the staff good and they were helpful. I'm glad this location had the AC cranked, my local Lifetime likes to keep it toasty for some reason. The one downside was the lack of Woodway treadmills, but the treadmills they had were decent, but I'm a creature of habit so I'm not going to knock them for that.

Ditto on most one star reviews. $160 per month and continuing to rise. Not worth the $$$ for just using the free weights and machines. LA Fitness is much better value for the money.

Love it! I love Lifetime Fitness. The membership is a bit expensive at this location but there are a lot of positives to it. It is really nice and it’s usually not overly crowded.

I see why they have bad reviews. I waited on the phone to talk to someone about membership. My daughter’s BFF invited to come tomorrow to swim. So I was going to sign up here instead of another place closer to my house. After the guy that is responsible for membership never picked up the phone I asked the the receptionist if I come in person someone can see me? She unfortunately said yes.I drove 10 miles and I am here waiting for this guy ( She said that he is the only one that can answer questions or show us the place.why she didn’t say this when I talked to her on the phone???? I am waiting for another 30 min on my Sunday, Father’s Day .

This Gym is the Best!!! Spacious and filled with amenities that you can choose to participate in. I love the Cafe which has a healthy selection of health concious meals and drinks. They even have smoothies! The building is three stories and has so much to offer. They have a. Beauty spa on the premises offering beauty services such as barbering, hair cuts for men and women and. natural nail care. Lifetime also has a masseuse. There are atleast 6 different swimming pools. There are hot saunas that are wonderful for after or before workout. There are also There is a Steam room offering Eucalyptus which is so refreshing! The locker room is always clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels and personal hygiene items. All of this is on the ground floor. They also have a separate area for child care! On the second floor are all your workout needs....Every fitness machine you can think of, treadmills, barbells, ski machines, pullup/pushup and separate rooms for cycling enthusiasts. On the top floor there are several basketball courts, hockey, squash, tennis and soccer practice space. The temperature in the building is always comfortable. Lifetime Athletic is the Best!!!!

I have been a member for almost a year now and I have to say there are extremely great things about this gym and extremely bad. Starting with the good, I have had a great experience with every single trainer I have worked with, especially Pilates-which I had never done in my life, and ended up being the best part of my experience and why I stayed a member even though I had some pretty bad billing mistakes occur and significant difficulties correcting them. The other major positive was the kid area for my kids, most of the people there were great with kids, unfortunately there are some people working there that just should not be working with kids. Let's say 80% of the time the kids area was great...but then there were periods that well, were just unacceptable. I will say that they do have great staff members, usually the senior members, and they are wonderful, but if you go at a time they are not on duty, it is like night and day..huge bruises on my kids face and lack of oversight. Once I even saw an infant crawling around the basketballs all by themselves and trying to climb on the rack. I saw this because I was looking for my child's socks. There was no one even over in the open gym area, everyone was in the gated toddler area, except for the infant trying to climb the basketball rack. However, that was not the norm, and I have child that likes to jump off of things, so it is not all on them. My main issues are around the billing, I get that my membership cost $200 a month with my two kids and it requires a 30 day cancel notice, this is not my issue, other than I tried to cancel for 2 weeks unsuccessfully while being billed,..My issues started with auto billing and over charging due to changes in their app over the summer of 2019. I once had to spend multiple sit down visits to understand why my bill for one month was over $1000! No one could tell me why, I had to go to every person I interacted with at the gym to try to figure it out...why could someone not just pull up my account and tell me what I billed for. It took almost a month to find out that there was an error with the new swim lesson app and they had over charged me by $575, and then we had similar issues the following month but it was solved fast. I had to spend hours and hours of my time working without much assistance at all from lifetime. I had more billing issues with other classes I signed up for, and I would sign up for a certain amount of classes without the auto renew, however, the auto renew always seemed to come into play and once again I would have to spend a significant amount of time in accounting trying to see what was going on; however I did get pretty efficient with it after the first few times it happened. And the only reason I would get refunded is because I had signed copies of what I agreed to, which I had to produce otherwise, it was their money, not mine. The last billing issue I will bring up is with the spa bookings and the app. On 4 occasions, I had issues with the spa overcharging me for services I booked on the app. The typical excuse was, well your person you booked is no longer available, but someone else can take you...then I saw I was being charged $127 for a 1 hour massage instead of $97 after the fact (2x)...there seemed to be a blatant disregard for my time and my money. On another occasion I booked a 75 minute pedicure, I was running 10 minutes late, which is on me, but the lady ended the appt 15 minutes early from our scheduled time because her regular client got their early and she told me it did not matter since I was late anyway, ...but charged me the full rate. I said something to the manager and she just looked at me and told me I must be confused and the person behind me was one of their best clients...now on to the 4th issue, I book a hair appt, after 20 minutes of waiting after my appt is supposed to start, I ask what is going on, 10 minutes after that I am told she is not available. All I can say is I loved pilates, that is why I dealt with the billing issues for so long.

So incredibly impressed with this gym. Such a great place for families. If you have kiddos, this is the gym for you. Daycare is free so you can go have self care! Our boys love the kids’ club and we have really enjoyed being able to go to the gym, swim, or relax with them being cared for right in the building.

I absolutely love this club. It is always clean and has a pleasant smell. The staff is very friendly. There is always room and no wait at the machines. They have a great collection of classes to take and you can break a real sweat, unlike other gyms. My only complaint is that the sauna has very bright fluorescent lights with which you can not relax. I love the atmosphere, and the people that are members are nice, no worries of getting hounded if you are woman like at other gyms. The cafe is not all that great, but they try.

Incredible and large 20,000+ square foot facility. My roommate and I are new residents in the area looking for a new gym. Micah the Account Manager and Amber at the front desk were both so pleasant and helpful during the whole sign up process. You can really tell that Micah cares about and stays well connected with his gym community. The entire facility is kept very clean, and surprisingly smells pleasant. It had every equipment we could possibly need, from countless cardio and power racks to new and advanced crossfit machines, this gym has it all.
