This place is for everyone to come and work out with the support of professionals. I have never been to a place to work out and felt it is okay not to have a six-pack. RockBox Fitness is that place, no shame, everyone fits in, and if you want a six-pack, you will get it.BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!
