There isn’t another studio in Utah featuring as many challenging modalities and improving the group experience beyond “group fitness”. Jenna & Joe have created a space for more than physical attuning - it is appropriately named Awaken Studios as that is exactly what their incredibly expert team will help your mind, emotions and body to do. I can’t correctly iterate how much I enjoy being among and exercising with all of these individuals. Lindsi Stevens and the Wyld🔥 family especially have my dedicated attendance. As a fitness advocate and health professional ; I have found that everything at awaken is above and beyond an average approach. In order to confirm this, you’ll have to try it for yourself but come prepared to be enlivened. Kevin the GM is very helpful! Stop your search now and download their app! I have gone on two Awaken Retreats and they have been amazing. Everyone is extremely welcoming. I love the environment they create on the retreats. I can't wait to go on the next one!Jenna is knowledgeable and I love going to her pilates classes.P.S. I think Jenna is truly fabulous. ❤️
