The atmosphere here is like no other place I have exercised. Everyone wants you to succeed, the staff is kind and I feel hopeful about my progress whenever I am here. There child care is superb. The high fitness classes are amazing. I highly recommend!Update 5/22 After working out at Awaken for years, I decided to try somewhere else. In no time, I missed the instructors, classes and feel of Awaken. I had to return. The reformer Pilates, Barre and high fitness classes are still the best around. The owner, Jenna Hansen, is so genuine and kind. When I find myself creating a story that I don't belong, I turn and talk to someone near me and I have a new friend. I still highly recommend Awaken studios.

This was just what a mom of three young children needed. I was able to fill my cup so that now I can care for everyone else. I'm so thankful for these retreats.

This place is incredible! Every class and instructor are fantastic. The only downside is that their 9am & 10am classes are constantly full and you have to stay up until midnight two weeks before in order to have a chance to get into the fit or reformer classes at 9am. They should offer more than one of these classes at 9am or not accept anymore members for these slots. It’s 7am (registration opened at midnight) and the 9am fit and reformer classes are already full with a waitlist. The receptionist recommended setting an alarm every night at midnight. That’s crazy! Each night another day of classes opens up at midnight. This is nuts. Why can’t it be noon or something that is in line with their mission statement of health, well being and balance? For me staying up until midnight is unhealthy and not realistic with a busy home life and kids. Please change the registration time to something healthy like sometime between 7am-8pm!Aside from that, be prepared to wake up at 5am to take classes before dropping kids off at school and hopefully get a nap in before picking kids up from school (sigh).
