Just returned from the "Awaken Your Heart" Retreat at Conestoga Ranch at Bear Lake. Spent an amazing 3 days learning to trust ourselves and to stretch ourselves both mentally and physically. Exceptional instructors, challenging classes, delicious food and great company; made for an exceptional retreat.

Still going strong at my favorite family-run local gym in the area after 2+ years. The gym continues to look brand new as they take excellent care of the space and the classes are just as tough providing you what you need with a variety of times that meet anyone's busy schedule. The daycare continues to take superior care of our children. Best gym around.

When I first moved to northern Utah I attended a couple different gyms. After finally finding Awaken, I told my husband that attending classes at awaken was like staying at a Marriott after staying in some scary hostels. I can truly relax and restore, I love the childcare, and feel like I can be a better mother to my children after recharging at yoga. I have now been going to awaken for three years and I can honestly say that my awaken membership has replaced the chiropractor, the therapist, and getting messages. The teachers are the best around, and the locker rooms are wonderful. Thanks Awaken for changing lives, especially those in my family:)
