Today I tried the 6am High Fitness class and unfortunately it was too difficult for me. I left after 20 minutes of trying to keep up with the aerobics, with my knee in pain. The receptionist at the front desk told me I could join the pilates reformer class, but I declined after informing her that I hadn't taken the intro class to that one yet. She decided to add a few classes to my pass for me because I drove in the treacherous snow and couldn't get a full workout in. What great customer service! I didn't expect to be gifted like that and it really brightened up my snowy day.

I love Awaken studios! Why. First of all. It's clean. Really Clean.How many times have you been to a place where fitness has occurred and you feel like you may contract a disease.Second, every time I have visited I am welcome with a warm smile and someone ready to take care of me, answer my questions, or point me in the right direction (especially for us newbies this is priceless)Lastly, their teachers are Amazeballs. You can tell they are passionate about what they do, love the people and community they have created, and work to make a it a great experience for everyone who attends.

I enjoy group fitness as much as any other person. Their facility has great parking, childcare and fantastic teachers.I have taken a class from Emily and Annie. Both classes were fantastic which pushed me to my limits while also giving me the best time!The facilities are clean. The staff is friendly. The bathroom was equipped with lotion, ample hair elastics and tampons. It was a nice facility who cares about their patrons.I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back.

My kids attended a birthday party here and they had a lot of fun! What a fun way to do a birthday by having a good exercise with an instructor, especially during the winter. I can't comment on anything else, but the studio was clean and we'll taken care of. If I lived closer I would consider classes.
