I don't have the motivation (or time) to get to the gym and get ready after; so Hotworx 15 - 30 min workouts really appealed to me. Working out in 120 degree room was a bit intimidating at first, but I had the mantra "I can do anything for 15 minutes." I did my first workout this morning (spin) and I'm hooked already. The recovery time was way easier than anticipated, the instructor was motivating and fun (not to mention I had the room to myself and was able to talk to myself out loud without anyone thinking I was crazy!). I told my husband about it and now he wants to try it too. I'm excited to try the FX Zone tomorrow!Ali did my intake and Ali was super sweet. She used to be a personal trainer and even offered up some advice on my form using TRX bands (everyone likes a free personal trainer, right?). All in all I'm incredibly pleased with the facility, staff and incredible workouts Hotworx has to offer. I think I finally found my groove!!

This provides a great workout. I love the heat and inferred sauna. Great motivation in each class! It’s always clean and the staff is so nice!

I feel absolutely amazing every time I leave Hotworx! It's a great way to decompress and focus on me, the sauna heat allows me to burn more calories in less time, and I highly recommend it!

Workout videos are great, sauna rooms are nice, I love the fact that is open 24/7.the only thing I was a little surprised to find out is that even when GUEST PRIVILEGES encourages Members to bring guests for a once off HOTWORX introductory workout class. This only applies during staff hours, and staff hours (at least in this location) are sooooo random!!Monday-Thursday | 11am - 8pmFriday | 9am - 6pmSaturday | 11am - 4pm(These hours are not posted on google, they are posted at the entrance door or IG, not easy to find).. so next time you want to bring a guest, make sure it is during staff hours, don’t let the 24 hours hours on google mislead you. My advice to avoid unnecessary confusion and effort like I did.. I had to drop my friend off at vasa next door…
