We love the team and facility at Hotworx Midvale. Always clean, staff is upbeat and for our work schedule, always open! As business owners, with full time careers, and full-time families to raise, we don't have time to kill 2hrs a day at some standard gym. A solid 15min work out under the heat can't be beat.

I have loved working out here! It's so nice with my busy schedule to be able to go in whenever I have the time to and I always get the best sleep whenever I get a good workout in the saunas!

I absolutely love HOTWORX in Sandy. The staff is great, it's very clean, and the infrared saunas are amazing. When possible, I like to combine Thunder (rowing machine) and yoga. I've found the other clients to be kind. I only recently learned you can bring a friend for free during staffed hours, or anyone can stop by and experience a free workout as long as the staff is there.

I have always been a huge fan of the sauna due to the benefits, especially neurotically. Alzheimer's and dementia runs in my family and I am aware of the brain benefits of sauna so I try to indulge a few times a week. However, now that I have found hotworxs I am getting a daily dose of sauna as well as a crazy workout. Highly recommended.

I’ve had the best experience with my body goals here at HOTWORX! The facility at this location is always clean and ready for work outs and the stuff are extremely helpful. I’ve noticed a huge difference in a regular gym workout versus here so I’m very glad I am a part of this program.
