I've been to a lot of gyms over the years and HOTWORX has been, hands down, my favorite. I'm usually exhausted after a hard HIIT workout, but the saunas make it so your muscles relax and your body feels detoxed after a workout. I'll be sticking with this place for quite a while.

Love this workout! The heat is intense and the sweat is REAL! I have no joint pain when I’m done and I love the variety. I’m able to go as hard or as easy as I’m able! Thank you HOTWORX!

I like the sauna workouts, 24/7 access and the location is great. Love the rowers and the bike with handles.I wish the video instructors had a more technical style with less of the marketing of Hotworx, telling me to smile and general cheerleader type motivational phrases. To get the most out of my workouts I like instruction in body mechanics and good form, there is not enough of this in my opinion. If you already know how to workout with good technique then this is a good workout but people who are new to these types of exercise may struggle.Also the rooms are so small, luckily I’m usually in there alone but if I were squeezed in with others I didn’t know it would feel awkward. I’m 5’5” and I have to adjust positioning to not hit the walls and ceiling so this is not great for tall peopleMy other complaint in that there is no water bottle filling station, just a drinking fountain or bathroom sink. Considering how much you sweat from the saunas this feels like a huge oversight.When you sign up you commit to a 3 month contract ($59 a month) and then there is a 60 day notice to cancel, so it’s really a 5 month commitment. This is fine as long as you understand upfront.Overall I do think my membership will help me reach my fitness goals through the winter, maybe the instructors will grow on me or I will learn how to adapt to meet my needs. I’m not sure about long term but for now, when it’s cold outside, it feels so good!

Been doing Hotworx now for about 6 months I'd say. I still love it...however with how small it is the times are getting busier and harder to get the workout in that I want in the time frame to fit my schedule in the mornings.

I absolutely LOVE the Midvale location! They make you feel like family here! I am the person who hates going to the gym because of the atmosphere but I love this location and I’ll never stop coming here!
