I love HOTWORX! I work an insane schedule, but most days I can find 15 minutes to run and do spin real quick. I love the Pilates and the yoga sessions. Really everyone of them I have done I really enjoy. The staff are great too, great atmosphere! Highly recommend!

If you want to get in the best work out of your life, go to HOTWORX! The instructors are amazing, the saunas are in impeccable condition, and its super easy to book classes through the app. I love the staff, especially Ali. She's professional, knowledgeable and always very friendly.

I have tried many gyms and have only stuck to it for a few weeks I would dred going in. I am now at a month on HOTWORX and im eager to go and get a good workout in I love everything about this gym from how clean it is to the friendly staff Justine, Ally and Cat are all amazing.

HOTWORX is by far the best gym I have ever been to! The girls up front are always so welcoming and encouraging, and the other members are super friendly as well. Come check them out ASAP! ❤️

I first attended as a guest at a different location last year and became instantly hooked! I live closer to Midvale, UT so when it was announced they were opening this location, I signed up immediately (we're talking MONTHS before it actually even opened). It's easily become one of the best parts of my day. The facility is always super clean and love that I can access it 24/7 as my schedule can vary from day-to-day. I'm a bit of a planning freak, so I appreciate the HOTWORX mobile app and being able to quickly see/schedule my workouts ahead of time. Although, my absolute favorite time to go is during staffed hours so that I can see and chat with the HOTWORX staff (Justine, Ali, and Cat). Those three put me in the best mood every. single. time. Justine is incredibly responsive and thoughtful to any questions I've ever had. If you ever get the chance, ask Ali for a personalized circuit in the FX zone or for her tips and tricks to get the most out of your ISO & HIIT workouts. Overall, everything about the staff and facility makes you feel right at home as soon as you enter the doors. I can't say that about any other gym I've been a part of.

I signed up before construction started and patiently waited for the opening day (okay, I may not have been as patient as I would have liked). I've been going for a month now, and to say I am in love is an understatement. I have a hard time getting out of my head, and these workouts are just hard enough that I am solely focused on the workout. I have done all of the classes and truly there isn't one I don't enjoy. Thank you HOTWORX for providing me with a place I can feel better about myself and get out of my head!

I love HOTWORX! I’ve been coming here consistently since they opened back in January, which is saying a lot because I DO NOT like going to the gym! I am obsessed with this place!I work 3 jobs and I love that it is open 24 hours and I can still get a workout in late, even if it’s just a 15 minute spin class. Knowing that I’m getting more of a workout in less time is great motivation for me to pop in for a quick session. if I can do it with such a busy schedule you can too! After my workout here I feel so energized and good, it truly is a great detox for your mind and body. Don’t sleep on this gym!

I absolutely love hotworx!!! The staff is extremely friendly, it’s clean and always organized! Hotworx has helped build my confidence after having 3 pregnancies in the last 4 years! I’m so grateful for the 24/7 workouts and that they are unlimited. The infrared sauna has helped with my stress, joint pain, anxiety/depression and just makes me feel so much better!! I couldn’t recommend HOTWORX more. Ali and Justine are the best!
