It gets pretty packed here. The available routes are pretty varied, and the ceilings are tall. Nearly all of the staff I've interacted with have been pretty cool. But nothing really shouts '5 stars' to me. The membership is more than double what I paid at my last gym, but it comes with yoga classes and stuff so I guess I get more for my buck. (Maybe unfortunately?) this is probably the best gym to climb at in the valley. A million times better than The Front anyway.

Good climbing gym overall, but the routes do not get changed out often enough. Also, it gets really crowded with the kids clubs- especially in the bouldering area.

The personnel was very patient and went over the different steps to become a belayer several times.

Super fun, and relatively not busy if you come early.

I just have to say that the girl working the front desk here who helped me tonight was so incredibly nice to me, she took an opportunity to do a really cool thing for someone when she totally didn’t have to and that kind of thing goes a long way with me and just deserves to be recognized. Thank you !!

I had a horrible experience here. I am a new climber and the staff were indifferent and just let us go through. My husband knows how to climb and was helping me. We were there for over an hour before staff told us we had to be certified. So we go to get certified and the worker used obscure terminology and because I didn’t know what it meant (even though I was doing all the mechanics correctly) she didn’t let me pass. Not only that but she was rude and belligerent. I left feeling very defeated (not because I didn’t pass, but because of how the worker treated me). I will never come here again. What an awful awful experience. She wasn’t the only issue. No one told us anything, the staff just made assumptions. Also, when I didn’t know what the word she used meant she said she couldn’t tell me and I would have to pay for a belaying class. So they’re rude, and they nickel and dime you for everything.

Awesome climbing gym but the staff makes the world of difference. I have a special needs son who climbs with me all the time... this guy(sorry i dont remember his name) always excitedly greets my son by name and will sometimes hang out and chat with him. I know hes just being a good person but it means the world to me and my son... give this guy a raise... hes representing your brand sooooo well.
