I have been going for a little over 6 months and love it! I love the structure of the classes and the fact that it is all figured out and the coach walks you through the class since I'd be clueless as to what I should do if I just went to a gym by myself. I love the variation between rowing, treadmill and weights and that every class is different. The coaches are great and always fun. All of the staff gets to know you by name! There is also great camaraderie with other members since a lot of people go regularly so you get to see a lot of familiar faces. In the time I have been going I have shed my quarantine weight from 2020 in a steady way that is still slowly coming off. I passed 25 pounds and am on my way to 30 pounds lost. I feel a lot better than before I started too!

I love every coach here! They are so kind and great at pushing me to do more than I think I can. I highly recommend OTF Sandy!

I love how welcoming and supportive the staff and trainers are. There is an amazingly positive group mentality that I know will keep me coming back. I love that you are encouraged to go at your own pace instead of feeling the need to compete with those around you.

I love Orange Theory, it’s an hour of exercise that I don’t have to make any decisions or plan out any routines, or worry if I’m exercising the right muscles in the right way. I show up, follow the instructor and I know I’m getting a fantastic workout!
