I like Vasa but the construction at this location is brutal. There's something floating around on the air making myself and others cough. Can't be good. I'm not sick. It's clearly the dust or chemicals in the air. Why are you doing construction during peak gym times?I feel I need to go to another location until things are fixed. I hope I don't end up with something down the road either because I can feel whatever I inhaled in my lungs. The safety of your guests and employees should be a priority!

So this place has been a hot mess since I’ve joined (literally). Floors have been uprooted, rooms shut down, machines relocated, etc.However, I love this place. The instructors are awesome (particularly Mollie) and the kid are is unmatched. I actually live closer to the West Jordan gym and commute here because my daughter loves their childcare. Kylie is awesome. The kidcare employees remember my daughter’s name (even though we come together only every other week) and do crafts with her. Despite VASA renovating the entire building, I’ve loved it. This is a great location for parents!

Currently this location is undergoing a remodel that seems to have gone on forever. It's frustrating as more amenities are promised but as the construction continues there seems to be less and less available. The front desk staff have seemingly little knowledge of what is really going on.

Vasa is SO shady with their billing. I ended my membership 6 months ago and I have to pay another $65 fee even though I haven't stepped foot into one of their facilities in 6 months. BEWARE! Technically yes I did sign this contract, but who does stuff like that? It's so messed up. They charge you for any tiny thing they can. If you're a broke college student like me do not go to vasa!

What gym closes at 4pm on a Sunday? Only in Utah. I worked at Equinox in Los Angeles and they closed at 8pm on Sunday’s. I’m getting so sick of a church having so much power over these corporations. It’s getting really old.

Nothing but hidden fees, random charges, broken equipment, unclean surfaces, and trashed locker rooms. Canceling is so difficult and even after we canceled they charged us. Truly frustrating.

Edit: after posting this they jimmy rigged a janky fix that that only solved 1 set of nails. Then a couple of days later they fixed the problem entirely. I should’ve left the review earlier because it had been like that for weeks.These nails are sticking out in the sauna. It can easily be stepped on when getting to the upper level to sit down. This is a physical health hazard.

I love the idea of the cinema room but it gets hot and very stinky, also need more treadmills. The equipment looks pretty old as worn my first time coming was last Saturday to the vanwinkle location and there was a sewage backup. Rethinking my decision to join.

Been going here a few years now. Good gym. Workers are nice and friendly. Wish the bathroom/locker rooms were nicer but not a deal breaker. A lot of it is under construction right now which is hard but excited for when it opens up

2 cars stolen in 2 days…management refuses to cooperate and provide footage to help with the investigation, you’d almost think they’re complicit in the thefts 🧐Don’t go here. It’s not safe, the equipment is old, the locker rooms are disgusting, whole place is a mess. Pick up a broom or a mop some time would ya?
