This review is for kid care at this location. The first time (2-3 weeks ago) I brought my toddler to this location, he came home with an injury and they didn’t say anything to me. I took him there again today for about the 5th time and he came home with a black eye WITHOUT anyone saying anything to me!!! I understand that kids get hurt & accidents happen, but the bare minimum would be to let the parent know that something happened. This is unacceptable.

This place is awful. My car was stolen from this location in February of this year and after months and months of asking for assistance with video surveillance, identification and other info, the management team and corporate were completely useless. The cop who took my report told me that on average two cars a week are stolen from this VASA location ALONE. Yet their team does nothing to inform guests of this. The people at the front desk don't even bother to scan people in so that WHEN cars are stolen, they have no account of who was scanned in at the time. I also left a review back when it happened and the social media team commented back promising that someone would reach out to me about it and I heard absolutely nothing after that. All this place cares about is their membership income.A friend of mine who also went to this location just had her car stolen as well, so absolutely nothing has changed.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

Decent gym for the price. That have a pool and hot tub, which is nice, a, sauna, which i don't really use, but the steam room is out of order at time of review which was a little disappointing. The machines seem well kempt, the basketball courts looked nice, but the locker room and shower are seemed a bit grungy. Overall, an average gym with average membership fees. All that being said, still 100 times better than planet fitness.

This gym is a good gym but man do they take for ever to fix broken Equipment, and the construction has been going on forever. Also the steam room has been broken for 2 weeks

Went in and signed up thinking the 1$ down deal was running. Asked the sales rep and he was clueless.So I paid the 80$ to sign up. Like 3 days later it is all over every bill board and all my adds.Went back the next week to ask them if there was anything they could do to help me. Again the sales rep was clueless.

This is the most disgusting gym I have ever been to. I have never, NEVER, complained about a gyms cleanliness, knowing they are hard to keep up, but this was awful. Having frequented gyms my whole.life, I am disgusted by what I witnessed today. No soap, nopapertowels, over flowing garbage cans with masks and trash everywhere. Every bench is torn up. Everyone should be ashamed of themselves. To even work in these conditions is unacceptable.

Pretty sure I got Covid from this gymI work from home and keep pretty isolated other then working out. Believe I got Covid from the facility and when calling to inform they said “we’re not responsible for your personal health”.Actively use the steam room and hope they sanitize it more regularly moving forward. I’ve had to cancel several business trips because of this. Disappointed in their response to say the leastI don’t want any kind of monitory benefit. Just wanted to inform them and I got some weird back sass from employees.

Nice vasa finally starting to remodel the gym, we in 2022, one thing they could use is like a pull-up area for people who just want a bar without all the groovy handles, but hey that's just me. Oh and more people that play 🏀, so if y'all be readin thiz get ya butts in the gym to come get some cardio with us, we always need playerz …

This gym has been going downhill since I joined a couple years ago. The bathrooms and steam room are disgusting. Broken sinks and toilets wrapped in plastic bags. Mold in the steam room. They have 5 good treadmills, 4 of which have been broken for months and are apparently not going to be fixed.

Not happy with my experience here.Every time I came in machines were broken, missing pieces, half the cardio machines are down, cardio cinema projection screen was broken as well. What else could break? Plus I was told that you didn’t have a maintenance person so where is my money going?? Where is my maintenance fee going?? Who’s cleaning the gym with Covid right now? How are you guys going to make this right? Couldn’t even waive a $25 fee? My business does this all the time to please it’s customers. This gym does not meet up to standards to not let it’s customers out of the contract when it is no way their fault for your malfunctioning gym.
