Vasa dumbbells are so poorly selected that the most used ones i.e. 15 to 55 are always scarce and the 65 ro 115 are always availableThey ordered them all the same amount, Not based on usage.

Staff need to get off their phones. Super unprofessional. The gym always has trash throughout the equipment areas, locker rooms and tanning. I see the same trash in the tanning bed rooms for days. The lockers are always full of trash and need to be wiped out. There is plenty of cleaning that can be done. Staff need to step it up.

I would rate this VASA at a 2 star. But lately the service is so poor. The employees **do not** care about your questions or concerns. All they care about is constantly reminding guests that they close in 10 minutes by flashing the lights, announcing over the PA, and coming to each group saying they are about to close. I get it, I work in a entertainment park and sometimes want to just leave and go home, but I’m not ruining the guest experience by constantly reminding guests that we are about to close.Equipment has definitely seen better days. Ya’know, the money people fork over for these memberships, you’d think they’d have better equipment.Overall, I used to really like this gym. But the poor customer service and careless employees really hinder the experience.

Riverton Vasa is conveniently located but this gym needs some TLC. You’ll find it lacking in equipments, old worn out dumbbells, etc. Overall space management is poor; lots of empty spaces btw equipments where it can be used for more machines like T-bar.

I think it's silly to need the highest plan to be able to have a +1, because having someone to join us is a great motivator and can help us build a habit of going, but the facility itself isn't bad. The staff are always friendly and don't make you feel like you're being judged. I love that they have a pool and a Cinema room!

I've been a Vasa member for a couple years, and I love my location in Sandy! I came to the riverton one because it's closer to my work, and I was super disappointed. The staff themselves just seemed very judgy when I had some issues with my account, and the majority of equipment that I used needed to be repaired, or wasn't even usable. Even though it's literally steps from my work, I won't be coming to this location again. Love the company, just don't like this location.

I'm disappointed with the lack of communication on behalf of Vasa and Paramount Acceptance. Vasa sold a minor a gym membership without him fully understanding ramifications of missed/late payments and cancellation procedures. He got burned for the membership fee which he didn't understand when he thought it was going to be $0. He paid it because he's learning how to navigate life as he prepares to be an adult. We reached out to Paramount Acceptance to ask for a courtesy fee waiver for his first "missed" payment. A $25 "fee" for an ACH that didn't go through. The representative said there was nothing they could do. I know better. It's too bad that they couldn't be more understanding. He's only had the membership for a few months. He can't even cancel it without being charged more fees. It's misleading how Vasa advertises NO ANNUAL COMMITMENT but on his account there is Rate Guarantee Fee of $53.61 set to be charged next January. Vasa has been charging the same $10 membership fee since the beginning. A Rate Guarantee Fee is just garbage and Paramount Acceptance is getting paid to do the dirty work for Vasa. It's no surprise that Paramount Acceptance has a revenue of $19.1 Million. Thanks for taking advantage of people.

Facilities and people are good. The only not so god experience I had was a bit of misguidance (over phone) while buying membership.
