It shows the least busy time here is the 5 am hour. The last two times ive gone at 5:30 its been bust as hell. Almost a quarter of the equipment is out of order.... I may have to pay extra for a higher quality gym.

This place is a scam! My daughter was a member for several months and I paid almost $100 in fees. We went to cancel 1 day after I made the monthly payment and they charged me the monthly payment AGAIN as well as a cancellation fee. Just ridiculous. I won't recommend VASA to anyone - you are scammers!

Staff are the worst . Completely unprofessional.This place is full of theafs. In vasa fitness center someone stole 500$ from my wallet. When I informed it to vasa management they started laughing saying it's your problem. Be careful with your belonging if you are coming to Reverton vasa fitness center .Staffs are highly rude and lack of knowledge.

Vasa does not maintain the equipment. Many machines broken for more than a year. I have been a member for over six years and as I look around at all the broken machines that never get fixed I wonder why I keep paying for things to be unusable.

It’s been years since I’ve been to the gym. I’ve heard it’s crowded and has become a place for social gathering. After spending time at the gym the rumors were all wrong. I’ve had no problems accessing any machines and everyone has been really nice. For the most part they take working out seriously. It’s been a game changer for me.

I initially gave this gym 4 stars because of how little clothing is allowed in this gym but now I find myself removing another star because of how shady the fees are. Paying a fee to “lock in your rate” is essentially raising your rate. After only a month and a half of having the membership, I’m still required to pay a fee to lock in my rate for the next year of a membership I’m not using in addition to paying another fee for canceling within the first 6 months on top of paying for an additional month. SO if you plan on staying at the gym for a while it’s a good value but beware if plans change.

I've been to VASA in Riverton about four times now. The staff there are very nice and the gym is well kept up. I just wish there was a wider selection of fitness classes, especially more than one kickboxing class a week would be great. I believe the VASA in Taylorsville has three kickboxing classes a week, which would be ideal for Riverton.

We have multiple members of our family that have memberships and we have normally had a good experience at this location but recently received the worst customer service there from a staff member named Brittney. She was rude and not helpful in resolving a simple problem we had on our account.

I have been going to Vasa since I started going to the gym 15 years ago. I have alway had a membership with them and enjoyed my experience. I moved out of state where there was not a Vasa and I cancelled my contract through the App. this was six months ago. I paid my remaining bill. All of a sudden Vasa started charging my card three months ago. I went ahead and let my Credit card company that this wasn't a valid charge. They disputed the charge I was able to get my money back. Now I have been sent to collections by Vasa and they tried again to charge my card for a second time. I am super frustrated as I go into there database to make sure I cancelled my name doesn't even come up because I Cancelled. Good gym that can get crowded at busy times. When it comes to automatic payments and hidden charges. It has ruined it for me. I will NEVER allow them to do auto pay on my card again.I used to have a 1 star review. I did have a call where they fixed and reimbursed me the difference. Still a hassle but they did make it right.

Usually not bad but they shouldn’t be having 30 plus birthday parties in the aerobics rooms. Music is overpowering outside the door and I can’t really listen to my own music with noise canceling. After the party ended they took up space around all the machines including the bike and I had to stop to not hit them. Super annoying
