This is the only 24 hour I’ve been to where they will come up to your machine and interrupt your workout to try and sell you on stuff. It’s so annoying and exactly why I go to other locations even though this one is nicer.Made the mistake of trying it again this morning and ten minutes into my workout I get a trainer stopping me to discuss products. I’ve never seen this at another location. Not in LA, SF, or anywhere in Texas.We pay our dues, leave us alone!

Had a pleasant experience with the staff. Friendly front desk along with a highly accommodating manager named Jason. The facility is kept well maintained and clean. If I had to be picky to suggest anything it would be to get round plates instead of dodecagon shaped. Easier to deadlift, but again just my two cents. Otherwise great gym.

Terrible place, why they don’t write down super sport, drive for nothing, they have to write down super sport, cheating for me, let me try one day also no, I am regular customer for 18 years , control by bad Mexican on receptionist.

The gym isn’t a Sports it’s a Super Sports and the gentleman at the reception gave me a courtesy pass. Equipment is new and not squeaky.

Bad customer service, the lady at the front doesnt go the extra mile to help out. Came twice and found an excuse to not let me in as a guest with my friend who was a member.

My favorite location! Specially after 24 hour stoped providing towels in all of their locations!! This is the only one that still provide towels. Everything is new here and clean.

Better than some older 24 like Brea and Chino Hills esp the shower areas... But lots o' dirtbags spreading germs😜also beware illicit activity you know it's bad when security has to roam men's locker room …

I hate how the gym is so small and not enough machines. Also the steam room is never working. However Cynthia gave me a cool experience here. Besides that this place sucks.

This place is a HOT MESS. Start off with coming in to use my downloaded voucher for 3 days and ANGIE at the front desk said I wasnt at the right gym according to my address on my license. So I give her my ID where I now live and she said it didn't look like the same person!!!!! WHO THE HE'LL DOES THIS GIRL THINK SHE IS? I'M GONNA GO OUT AND GET A FAKE ID JUST SO I CAN GET A 3 DAY PASS FOR FREE HERE????? GTFOH!!! AND THEN SHE TELLS ME ONLY ONE DAY INSTEAD OF 3 BECAUSE MY NICK NAME INSTEAD OF MY LEGAL NAME IS ON THE PASS!!! Then to make it even better.....she then tried to get me to join today.....LMAO. These people here are off some other stuff around here. Super full of ATTITIDE AND SELF SERVING. In sales.....people buy the salesman not the product.....y'all are about to go broke with Angie in sales......LOL

Average 24 but a bit dirtier I'll attribute to the high volume of traffic. They lock up the bike room because ppl have broken some equipment thus only class participants are allowed; incredibly frustrating as the point of membership dues is to MAINTAIN the club. Sounds like a cop out to restrict members. Incredibly disappointed on an otherwise average 24.
