I’m shook this place is 3 stars... I love this gym! I live 2 cities away and I drive all the way here! They are the o key gym with towels, it’s clean, and the staff is amazing!

This place policy needs major policy and attitude improvements. I’m a 25 years member with 24 hrs fitness but not an “Elite” club member. That being said, I walking and ask to use the restroom while waiting for my Tesla to charge because the restroom in the mall were closed in the early morning. They denied my request because I was not an Elite member. Needless to say I’ll be canceling my family membership after this unfortunate event.

I have been a loyal customer for 24 fitness for almost 4 years until I decided to take personal training sessions here at Santa AnaI took a personal training sessions, they charged me way more than what we agreed on. Few weeks later they claimed that I used all of my sessions even though I didn’t, when I spoke to the manager he admitted that the trainer claimed that i used my sessions even though the system shows that I wasn’t at the gym on those days, but he said that he cannot refund me. So I had to reporte all what happened with all the documents that I have.

If you don't like it. Plain and simple just dont come to this gym. Would help out other people to use weights and machines alot easier! No problems at all. Like the gym staff is cool and don't mess with you.

Seriously the WORST customer service I've ever encountered at a gym.1st, when my friend who joined with me requested assistance on how to use the machines, she was shamed by one of the staff members and didn't bother to show her or even offer private training (something she would have taken on).Then, I was charged an annual fee after I was told it was waived when I enrolled. I walked in to put my account on hold for 3 months and I was still charged, apparently the account was in fact not put on hold as I requested.I tried contacting the manager Joe M, 3 times via phone and 1 time as a walk in and he's either on breaks or was in a meeting. I never received a call back from all the messages I have left for him.

A/C is turned off at night, making this place unbearable in the summer. Set to come on at 4 AM, not a minute earlier, even if it was 90+ outside.As of late, hot water in the shower has been limited, sometimes completely unavailable. This is a new issue over the past 1-2 months.Doubles as a homeless shelter overnight. One is allowed to sleep inside the mens’ locker room nightly, and a few others come in sporadically to sleep, shower, eat, etc.Female janitors continue to clean the men’s locker room, without regard for privacy. It’s almost unbelievable, but they will actually starting mopping a shower or wiping a mirror while you are actively using it.Not impressed with this gym and will be recommending my clients go elsewhere.

New gym!! Everything is new and the classes here are amazing. The highlight is the pool here.

Managers just tried to tell me I'm in debt and contracted for a year for doing their 5 day trial and then made it all disappear when I said I don't work and I can't get the money LOL

They still have not made it right with me for cutting my locks and there still locks that have been on lockers for over 4 months
