It's better than planet fitness but smaller than LA Fitness. I like it overall but sometimes machines gets broken and takes time to fix it. Forget about light dumbbells. If you want to have an easy workout come in anytime before 4pm. It gets crazy on the afternoon. Don't drink the water from dispenser too! Good price for manageable workout.

I just joined this gym and I think it's great , everybody is nice . My only complaint and I hope management reads this . You need the paper towel dispensers full at all times in order to be able to wipe down the sweaty equipment. Today only one had paper towels . Other than that this gym is great .

The gym is alright itself. It’s big but it gets overalls crowded especially in the afternoon. It’s like we need to wait in line to used the machine like Disneyland. No one wears masks even the staff and the daycare center so be aware. I didn’t feel safe here because nobody was wearing masks even the kids so we might find a new gym that still practice safety protocols.

Pretty good gym, definitely better and affordable than those big name gyms. The only downside is that they don't replace broken items as soon as one will wish.(some take up to 2 months just to change some straps on rowing machines and fixing treadmills). But overall it is a great gym and great staff .

I love the Santa Ana EOS gym. It’s super clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The machines are clean and taken care of and the restrooms are fairly cleaned up all the time.My one thing I would say needs work is the kids center, they have you fill out a huge form and bring vaccine cards for the kids and they don’t have much for the kids to do when they are there. With they had some things to entertain them better.Other than that I love the gym!

Sadly, I would not recommend this gym to anyone and I just cancelled my membership. The group classes are great (Zumba, Bollywood, Yoga), but the gym itself lacks in cleanliness and equipment availability. The price is very affordable, I'll say that, but it comes with a higher cost which is never being able to use the actual equipment. You literally get what you pay for. I've struggled finding any time that works for me where everything isn't being occupied. And to the management, please focus on cleaning! The area with the synthetic turf is disgusting, there are always hair clumps, dust, and it wreaks of body odor back there. It seems this gym is targeted for a high school crowd most likely due to the price. I never thought I'd recommend increasing rates, but I'd consider it if you want to keep people long-term.

Update: I posted something on here 8 months that this place was great, and it was..key word WAS. I am not sure what has happened since, but they really let this place go. I cancelled my membership today 6/22/22. The upstairs area yesterday was a disaster. I am seriously surprised no one broke their ankle or had a more severe accident. The dumbbells and free weights were everywhere literally. It was disgusting. I should've taken a picture and post it how horrible it was. The hazard behind the weights, mats, and other equipment laying about the area really made the area unclean and above all unsafe. I was trying to use the sled and it's like I had a sign on my head saying yes please get on my way and don't move. They really need to dedicate certain areas to specific work outs. Like the sled yard should be dedicated to the sled, there is plenty of other space and please don't give me the space should be shared by everyone because when there is no dedicated area, injuries are prone to happen. In addition, a member came in with his small rubber hand ball and was throwing it against the target on the wall at the upper deck area; a serious hazard, and to make matter worse two of the staff members saw this member throwing it against the wall and saw how hazardous it was, and said absolutely nothing. Why are staff so timid to say anything. The safety hazards are growing by the day. I feel horrible leaving this post because it WAS a good place. The staff overall is friendly, but they don't care anymore. The cleaning crew, I see them struggle keeping the place tidy and he is always always friendly and helpful. What happened to you guys? Did you stop caring? It sure seem that way. I seriously have to question if you even take your 640+ capacity seriously because it has been it's worse. it's so dismal, depressing to see such a good place fall apart.

Great gym for beginners and more experienced lifters. Its not costly with the least expensive plan being 10 dollars a month. It seems to be always packed and Id have to wait to use a machine or free waits most of the time but i dont mind waiting. Its kept clean and everyone there seems respectful and cleans after themselves.

I signed up on the last day for no registration fees. I was told the only fee I would need to pay was the 49.00 annual fee. 30 days later I was overcharged and I'm now being told that the day I signed up I paid a registration fee and 30 days later the annual fee. No one will return my calls and I'm trying to get in touch with corporate. The managers and salespeople here are shady and not honest at all... Beware!

Parking is alright. Shares with other businesses so sometimes you got to park on the upper floors. Gym is clean for the most part. Staff friendly but not really helpful on the floor. Free classes are a good addition too
