A bit of confusion with appointments made this morning, make sure you have proof of your appointment. A screen shot or an email from them confirming. Masks are now worn 100% of the time, that's a good change. I'm cleaning up after each exercise on each machine i use, it might be smart to clean before and after..... your choice. They are also cleaning as well.... and they are using alternate machines in some fashion... so that they can maybe deep clean? Not 100% sure. I had personal training sessions and were going to work out this logistics.... tbd .... how's that going to work..... will let you know. Refund? Use them social distanced? Wait? Not sure.

It’s a nice gym, but unfortunately because of the pandemic too many people are signed up and every hour is taken for reservations. So you basically pay for a membership for nothing!!! Unless you have enough to wait by your phone for the hour you need. If it’s 30 mins past the time slot you are out of luck!

Staff is helpful and friendly, facilities are clean, machines are newest technology, with lots of variety allowing us to change up our workout every visit! They really are open 24 hours! EOS is perfect for this nurse working night shift

They make it almost impossible to cancel membership and when you first signed up the first thing they tell you is its a month to month payment no contract so idk why they keep blowing up my phone. And on top of that they sent me and about 200+ people a email group exposing all of our personal information and saying we need to pay. Super unprofessional

Eos has everything a gym needs: squat racks, benches, weights, machines, cables, cardio machines, sauna, pool, movie room, locker rooms, showers, and a turf field. Gym can get busy during evenings and early mornings. If you’re patient, it shouldn’t be a problem. Go mid day if you wanna avoid this crowd. Other than that, great gym.

Eos fitness has a nice facility but has horrible customer service and trainers. The trainer cut my first session short because of an error in scheduling on their part and canceled 2 future training sessions multiple times the morning of. I also never received the work out plan I was promised at signup. When I tried to cancel they said it wasn’t in there policy to allow me to cancel. Finally after I asked to see the policy and contract they let me cancel but they made me pay $100 in cancelation fees. I have now spent around $150 on a 30 minute training session and a huge headache. This is the first bad review I have ever written but I feel people thinking about signing up for Eos training should be warned of their poor business ethics.

First off, I want to commend the gym for working to stay open in compliance (not in defiance) of the state’s pandemic protocols. This alone was won me over from my previous gym. I’m looking forward to seeing what they can offer when regular conditions resume. My only gripe isn’t against the gym but rather some of the members who are indifferent to the pandemic - Your mom doesn’t work at the gym, so clean up after yourselves.

Really nice gym, the club in self is really pretty but horrible customer service. WORST customer service. Went twice to cancel my membership no one was there to "pull my account info" first time waited 30mins and left, second time waited 1hr and left too. Today I called the gym because they were charging me a lot and I asked if I can go today to cancel my account and pay the balance and guess what? No one is there to "pull my account info" :) Asked the guy if there is going to be someone tomorrow and I just received a "Yeah I think someone should be here," Called customer service over the phone, first guy told me I need to call my club directly called the club the club told me I need to call customer service... Literally a waste of 2 hrs of my life. Finally I need to pay 59.98 (annual fee that I tried to cancel multiple times but they still going to charge me regardless) and need to pay 9.99 for July, because today is June 2nd and "I didn't call yesterday" when I went multiples times in May. A waste of $69 and a horrible headache. Honestly save your time and go hiking, you'll save money and have more fun.

Update: April 7thMy membership got canceled without my authorizing consent. They just went on an canceled it for me. The operation manager at this location in Santa Ana, Samuel was not professional and couldn't solve the problem. All he could say is “sign up again” just to pay an initiation fee AND another annual fee. Literally stealing money from the clients. When i asked for the area managers number he said “we cant give you that information” yet when i reached out to the Murrieta location they gave me their Sales Manger AND the Regional VP number. I have yet to hear back from them.If they don't call within the next 24 hrs i will be contacting BBB and submit a frauds claim. Its really hard to reserve a spot at this gym. Good equipment, friendly staff but it can be difficult to acquire a spot for you to come in an workout. You literally have to be stuck on your phone (although, most of you are already stuck on your phones) minutes before (hrs in advance) to reserve a spot. I haven't been able to go for the past 2 months due to that. And my bill is up tomorrow for $70! If you dont pay, your credit gets f*cked up and they dont even offer some type of waiver to help you not go through this. Especially in these trying times. Now im stuck with this gym. No matter where you go people will always try to take advantage. Smh

They have a good selection of equipment, but when it breaks it takes them a long time to fix it. You often have to wait a while for popular machines. It's kept pretty clean, but sometimes the women's bathroom is a bit messy. They have a small sign not to wear tennis shoes in the dry sauna, but people ignore it and it gets pretty smelly in there. They keep the pool much too warm for lap swimming, I'm told 85 degrees. After a few laps, it's like swimming in bath water and you can't in get a good swim. I've requested they turn the temperature down a degree or two, but am ignored. This is at the Santa Ana location.
