Love how clean the place is and Mario is great in the early am. However, because the Arquez and Fremont clubs have closed(or closing), it has become very crowded in the am

Nice gym, clean pool (I just wish they had a swim suit spinner in the locker room). Staff is super friendly.

Pretty terrible parking situation, peak hours is 3-9pm even thought google reflects diff busy times. I went at 5pm and what was supposed to be a 12 min drive took 25 mins. They don’t honor anything your do online basically you have to come in person. The employees are lazy not personable and don’t care to keep you waiting. They prob don’t get paid enough to care. Lockers have no built in locks, no hand sanitizers dispensers or paper towel dispensers to clean workout stations. There are not even locks you can borrow at the front desk if you forget yours. I was meant to do a 3 day trial, I had the online cert, as well as spoke to a rep who called about it.. to then go and find out they don’t do 3 day passes. I didn’t really care about it but its misleading because different staff are saying different things. They best get on the same page.

I feel bait and switched. There are frequently ZERO free machines or free benches here. Not an exaggeration. It is clear that maximum occupancy is not on management's mind, and neither is member experience. Multiple lockers are broken and they're frequently 100% full, so people leave their stuff in piles on the floor or just go home.I wish I could cancel my annual membership purchase. I regret going here. Don't make the same mistake as me.

No matter what time of day you go, this gym is always packed. No one seems to know basic decency of not using multiple machines at a time, especially when busy. The restrooms are closed for cleaning at the same times every day anymore, so if you go at that time, you always have to work around it. The music choice is pretty bad and sometimes so loud you can hear it over noise canceling headphones. The classes steal all the stretching mats frequently, leaving the rest of the gym to stretch on the scratchy green turf and the classes are especially guilty of BLASTING the music at full volume then flooding the gym afterward. It is a pretty clean gym, but really hard to get a solid workout in at any time. Squat racks are usually full and people waiting on the edges to use them. I don’t recommend this location for those reasons. Not to mention the theft problem. My second time training here, a woman stopped me in the locker room to tell me not to put my purse in a locker in there and instead use the ones that are visible in the training area because people had been cutting locks and stealing valuables. To this day, there are unusable lockers in the women’s room because they went from cutting locks to just cutting the metal loop the locks go into. And half the time, the lockers provided on the weight floor don’t even work - they get stuck or won’t turn to lock.

Gym was clean at 3:30 pm and lots of room. Not sure how it is at night, but afternoon workout was awesome.

Front desk staff is not friendly. Can’t feel welcome to workout here. Try Sunnyvale location instead.

Shady gym. Dishonest managers and staff. Don’t trust the recent fake reviews, they’re from their own friends and family to boost the rating. They have faulty equipments that are unstable, a huge safety hazard. But they don’t care because you signed a liability upon signing. If you get hurt because of their faulty gym equipments, they straight up lie and do not accept responsibility.AVOID THIS GYM.GO TO CITY SPORTS CLUB.Or just work out at home, avoid this gym.Trust me.
