False advertisement on the free 3 day pass! Be aware, they don’t allow that at this location. If you want to work out for a 1 day pass it’s $25

False advertisement, beware! This 24H just opened up recently and they advertise to try free 3 day pass online, you reserve online, but when you show up they say it doesn't apply to that location and you have to sign up for a membership or pay $25 per visit.

The facility is good with new equipment.Per observation there are a lot of people around 7-8 AM and 5-9 PM. I prefer to visit around 5-6 AM where there are less people around.

Newer equipments. Great and helpful crowd. Less space compared to the close by 24 Hour Fitness Sunnyvale. Normally we go in the morning and its not that busy.

Sauna chair fell out because the cleaning crew didn’t put it back properly. Hurt my hips and knees. Three months later, my hips got worse. They won’t accept responsibility. Beware.

Really disappointed I couldn’t try my free pass because my id wasn’t from Santa Clara? I just moved to the area and wanted to see if I liked the gym here. I didn’t have any other issues with another gym.

If you come here with friends in a group, be aware that you may be approached and accused of “training” outside of their paid services. And I literally mean accused “they were all doing squats while you were over there and you aren’t going rep for rep”. What a joke. They’re also not honoring the 3 day pass that shows up on the website.

(FREE PASS DOES NOT WORK) Activated the free pass, drove over and immediately they said “we can’t let you workout because this is a new building, but you can go up the road to the other 24hr and they’ll take you in for a free day with ur free pass no problem or you can signup for $1 and then $50 something a month”. I left, drove up the road to the other location in Sunnyvale and when I walked in with the “Free Pass” and they said right away “can we see ur drivers license, oh ya ya we can’t let you in only for Sunnyvale residents” I literally live in Santa Clara and they said they could NOT let me workout but for “$15 for the inconvenience, I can workout “ LOL What!? You mean the 10miles I drove and 30 min of nonsense conversation to then ask for my business? Sad. Membership Training/employees should be embarrassed. They should have told me all the details as a potential customer at the first location. If you want to waste ur time and money absolutely this is the place for you, goodluck.

What a dirty, laughable trainwreck. Despite just opening recently and having 8 deadlift/squat racks, the selfish customers gobble up the stations and most refuse to share them, even though there are 2 stations at each rack. The front desk is a silly joke, and apparently I'm going to have to bring all this up with the manager. (unlikely to change anything, as this is a low-quality joint)
