Kind of fraud (don't know intentional or unintentional) : Whenever anyone take any training session in this gym, then make sure that trainer is not putting recurring charges on your card.Verbally they will say something else but actually they will do something else so check your contract before signing, also check your credit card.My wife signed ONLY for four training sessions. At the time of signing, she asked this to trainer many times that she was taking only four sessions but trainer put recurring charges on her card. He didn't inform her about it. But it was recurring charges for each month && they kept charging her card next time also. So beware while signing because later, they will ask you to read huge pdf of contract && they will give many excuses that trainer wanted good for you etc etc.It was a kind of fraud, but we could not prove it because my wife believed whatever trainer/staff was said verbally at time of signing && he asked to sign using a touchpad so she did but it was wrong contract on which she was signing.When I discussed about these recurring charges, they said - She signed about it. Although it was the trainer's fault, but they will not refund. They asked us to read a big pdf of the contract. So make sure when u sign the training session then don't sign without reading contract yourself. Once you sign they will never refund you. Don't trust what staff or trainer are saying verbally but read yourself before signing.The training session was also not very fruitful; it was more like time-pass. I saw this type of thing first time in 24 Hour Fitness. We (I and my wife) were regular member from 4 years.

Clean and neat, weights were in place, staff not friendly. people here puts weight back in place, but even on weekend squat racks are taken, usually but crossfit type people using it for a long, while doing other exercises somewhere else. Clean change rooms. One of the better 24 I been too.

False Advertisement of 3 day pass. They let customers show up with 3 day pass only to state that it is conditional. I feel it’s more of racial profiling by front desk rep Destiny. She said 3 day pass won’t be entertained but I can purchase $25 daily pass. I confronted stating conditions weren’t mentioned anywhere in the pass; for which she stated, they r out of staff and no reps at front desk for her to give me a gym tour. I said I don’t need any tour, I can check it out myself. She said it’s their policy. I informed her that I’m going to give 1 star and mention her name on Google reviews. Her staff friends magically appeared at that time. She went and described my discussion with her, literally making faces that resembled me saying something like ‘blah, blah, blah….’. Finally they agreed to let me in and tried to sell some memberships if I give up my 3 day pass. I said no thank you; I need to check this club. With kind of sick attitude, y would I go there??

I've been a member since August 2000. This new Super Sport Gym is second to none. Thanks to Mario who manages the late night to early morning shift. Mario wows the gym members with his excellent customer service.

I've been going to 24 hour for about a year now, and it's the best gym I've ever been to. The new location is very spacious and has tons of new machines and weights. The music playing is also good. They have an area with a lot of workout machines that you can use if you want to be alone, or there's a ton of cardio equipment if you want to work out with people around you.

Goalie at night when there is hardly knowing there do my exercise and listen to my headset. Very clean and organized very friendly people and customer service.

Amazing place to work out. It has everything one would want in the gym. It's a brand new place. It has tons of machines, huge weight section, variety of cardio equipments, sauna, steam room, awesome swimming pool and hot bath. It could get crowded at the start of the week and at peak hours but manageable. Folks at the desk were very friendly. Gave me discount to sign up the same day. Plus offered me one day free pass as well. Got a great platinum package for me and my husband! Love this place. Highly recommend!!

I needed to donate review simply because of this place. I previously was going to another facility but the inconsistent not being open at 5am would cause delays in day. I started going to this gym and now arrive knowing it WILL be open. Also the cleanliness of the gym when I go at 4am and the worker Mario is amazing. This man does above and beyond to keep gym clean and organized. I have had other people switch to this gym based on this. Keep it up 24 amd Mario!

Cleanest, most organized 24hr I've been to and I've been to dozens because I travel for work. Tons of squat racks, all new equipment throughout gym. The men's bathroom was immaculate and it's usually quite messy even at good gyms. Stoked to have found this one! Kudos to management!
