Movement Hub Santa Clara is an outstanding gym, and my experience training with Howard has been truly exceptional. The facilities at Movement Hub are top-notch, providing a comfortable and motivating environment for workouts. Been really enjoying the semi private sessions at Movement Hub. Stephen has great energy and is an amazing trainer to work with. I am gradually building strength and muscle at my own pace. Highly recommend to join!

Me and my friends took semi-private training sessions here with Stephen, Howard, and Chris. Stephen is amazing, always being super helpful in accommodating our schedules and great workout sessions. We immediately decided to take sessions here after the initial consultation. Howard and Chris are also amazing, I really enjoyed coming here to workout because they are professional but also really nice people. They’ll adjust the different workouts according to your ability. I recommend this place for any beginners who want to improve their health and get fit.

I’ve been working out with Stephen on and off for over 10 years, and each workout is a win! Stephen does a great job balancing pushing and being supportive/encouraging. No two workouts are ever the same, he shakes things up quite a bit every time to keep it fresh and kind of keeping you guessing and engaged. I don’t like to do weights by myself because I don’t like repetition and worry I might hurt myself so I fully trust Stephen for my strength training. Great trainer.

I have been part of this amazing place for the last 1.5 months .Movement hub work outs are well designed to be not only challenging but also engaging. The most important thing is the warm and the motivating environment made possible by Stephen, Trainers and your workout mates. I'm confident that showing up consistently will definitely help in achieving the results. People might find the infrastructure has areas of improvement, but give it a chance and you will not be disappointed with respect to the VFM factor.

I can only say extremely positive things about Movement Hub. Stephen works so hard to make a positive, encouraging and learning atmosphere for newcomers and experts alike. I came into the gym as a person with very little experience and Stephen has always taken time to show each movement and help to correct me in a way that is always constructive. It's scary to take the first step but this gym is very worth it!

Stephen has saved my life. I’m 70 and really out of shape but was in shape 10 years ago. One month now into this program, I’m down 10lbs and look forward each week to the great guidance Stephen provides. I can’t recommend him enough.

I'm so glad I found this place! Stephen is a rock solid trainer and his workouts are fun and challenging. I was hesitant about training again after several years away from it and also dealing with some shoulder issues, but Stephen has been great about accommodating my needs while also holding me accountable and pushing me that extra little bit. I hope I can keep coming for a long time.
